Brand new - trendy these days - Gourmet Burgers Eatery 🍔 Theirs Insta profile promise high class experience in own category but how it is in reality? Well burgers are good (but always could be better) quality. Really tasty. But because we get them -even if we are eating in- already packed (not like how it is presented on Insta-Profile) the pleasure of eating squeezed, partly steamed (packed very warm that's why) filled buns are not as such good as it could be. I've got as well some objections to the taste of some sauces, seems to be that they are not done on site but ready to use ones. Dirt fries are tasty as well but kind of disappointed I am of getting prepared frozen curly fries instead of handmade. Same with burgers had a problem with artificial sauce used on top of fries. To the meal deal additional we get some optional fizzy soft drink. Huge plus are prices which are quite low with compare to other places of similar profile.

Pity that you have to be prepare to wait pretty much to get your food. Almost 30mins of waiting for two meals when it wasn't really busy (especially just after opening) it's a bit to long. To long particularly when you have to sit in totally freezing 🥶 conditions. That's the most negative thing about this place. And even very friendly staff can not save that this should be somehow solved if they want to have Eat In option.

Summarize, food alright (still better then most of junk food eateries) but not enough to be a contender with main competitors on local market. Just when you are very hungry and don't want to spend...

After getting absolutely battered by Storm Darragh, we needed proper comfort food, and Madbuns didn’t just deliver—it smashed it! Massive shoutout to Shar and Mahmoud for serving up a next-level feast and making us feel proper looked after. This place isn’t just a burger spot; it’s a vibe.

Here’s what went down:

🍔 New Yorker Triple: Juicy AF, stacked to perfection, and oozing that proper NYC energy.

🍔 The G Wagon Double/Triple: A meaty masterpiece. Smoky, cheesy, and fully loaded. It’s a big boy move.

🍗 Chicken BBQ Sizzler Burger: Spicy, tangy, and fried chicken that was just right. Absolute fire! 🍟 Sweet Potato Fries: Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Unreal dipping potential. 🍟 Chilli Con Carne Loaded Fries: Full-on flavour chaos. Cheesy, spicy, and impossible to stop eating. These were my showstoppers! 🍗 Buffalo Chicken Strips: Tangy with a punchy kick. These were GORGEOUS. Perfect snack between burger bites.

I've ordered from here twice and both times me and my partner have ended up with food poisoning.

It's not the best when you try and give something a second try and still bad experience. Not to mention the inability to get an order right.

I ordered the classic chicken burger and my partner ordered a very cheesy beef burger with multiple patties included.

I got a chicken burger full of cheese and a soggy bun (not from cheese but from what looked like grease or water) and he got a 1 patty burger with no cheese. We ordered cheese sticks and got jalapeño bites. Only thing they got right was the chips which were cold and the drink.

The delivery driver was rude on the phone and rude at the door. I live in a tower block of flats and I told him ik ground floor and the 1st door you see and he still wouldn't deliver to it without going "ugh". I understand some people only get paid minimum wage and have the "minimum wage minimum effort" vibe but both me and my partner have autism and that really affected us that night.

Also to mention the price for what we got...
