Nando's Glasgow - Waterloo Street — Restaurant in Great Britain

One star is far too generous for this unprofessional restaurant/fast food outlet. Also first time at a nandos definitely the last ! Upon arrival we was greeted at the door and told a 50min wait, to sign up to the app and they would text us when they was ready for us. 10mins later when we had walked to a bar and just got drinks they message saying table ready but they will only hold for 10mins, we rushed back, ordered our meals / drink via the app as suggested. We waited patiently for nearly an hour watching others come in sit down order and be served food before us ! I went and asked if we could have the bottle of wine from our order so we could have a drink while we wait, this was no problem, now over an hour had passed a gentleman arrived at our table to see if everything was OK and if we wanted anything else, it was then when I mentioned the food we ordered would be nice, then another guy came over to the table point blank lied saying they hadn't received our order via the app, funny they managed to give us the drink from the order they never received 20mins prior to this. All was sorted and told we wouldn't be charged, but we was, the food was pants anyway iv had better chicken dinners in...

Nando’s Waterloo street- very disappointed and underwhelmed by the respect and treatment from this supposed “restaurant”. We get in the door and was not welcomed with a smile. We then ordered our food and everything was going well until it took 20 minutes to get my friends “sunset burger” chiken meal ready. This is unacceptable as everyone else there already had their food. She then gets our food and we all thought this monstrosity was over until my friends chips were still, FROZEN!!!!!! this is not only illegal to sell ‘uncooked’ food but to not even come over to our table and ask us if our meal is going well is just not good. We then left in disgust of our time and treatment we had there. Never going back to Nando’s Waterloo street ever again as I don’t want to wait hours for my food and get frozen food! (also do u ever think of cleaning the ketchup bottle lids or getting some decent seats as both are disgraceful!) Not a happy customer and either...

We recently visited Nando's on Waterloo Street, Glasgow, and overall, it was a great experience. One of the standout features was the prompt service when ordering via the app—quick and efficient, which made the dining process smooth and hassle-free.

The food was delicious. The chicken wrap was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken butterfly was juicy and cooked to perfection. Among the sides, the broccoli and corn on the cob were flavorful and added a delightful freshness to the meal. However, the creamy mashed potato was a bit of a letdown—just ordinary and lacked the rich taste or smooth texture I was hoping for.
