Really disappointing and a waste of 30 minutes. Got the Manicure (27 £) and asked for a regular polish. The nail artist did an ok job on filing and prepping but then asked if I wanted a top coat (of course!) and rushed me into paying. No hand cream or a massage and I had to ask for cuticle oil which I received on my way out. The polish was not fully dry and about 30 minutes after it was damaged. Awful experience - nearly all my cuticles bled and it was quite painful. The gel manicure ended up too thick and not even. Filing and shaping of the nails were also not done well (see the first pictures). I had to go get another manicure done at a different salon afterwards (see the last pictures) - and the difference as a whole experience was shocking.
