I recently dined at Sichuan Savour and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Salt and Pepper Squid. It was incredibly crispy and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful crunch, making it one of the best versions of this dish I’ve ever tasted. Another standout was the Rooster Balls. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. The unique texture and savory taste made them a must-try. I couldn’t stop eating them! The Crispy Fish was equally impressive. The skin was beautifully crispy, while the fish itself was moist and flavorful. It was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the accompanying sauce. Lastly, I have to mention the Garlic Pork. It is hands down the best in Swansea! The pork was tender, and the garlic sauce was rich and aromatic, making it a perfect blend of flavors. Overall, the food at [Restaurant Name] was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, crispy dishes. I can’t...
Read moreI have found my favourite and the best Chinese restaurant in Swansea minutes away from home! I always leave feeling very satisfied and wanting to return again and again. The food is of the best quality at a very reasonable price, which is quite rare to find in most restaurants these days. I always go for the delicious stir fried home made noodles with king prawns. It is usually served in a soup but the chef is very flexible and can adapt the dishes to your taste which is always a bonus! The service is of the highest standards and the staff will elaborate on the unfamiliar dishes even at the busiest times of the day. The portions are very generous although my only complaint is that they used way too much onion, I know it's obviously cheap but I wish they would use other vegetables like mushrooms and bean sprouts in the noodles. One thing I must recommend is to ask for the Chinese menu. Thank you Sichuan Savour for a wonderful...
Read moreAbsolutely fabulous. I took my son out for a birthday tea, he lives in Swansea and we live in Warrington cheshire. We just drove up and went in, so glad we did. The place was brightly coloured, very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic. There was three of us dining and we had spare ribs in BBQ sauce and vegetable spring rolls. When the plates came out there was enough for at least six people but we had only ordered two starters. The mains we ordered chicken curry, chicken chow mein and sweet and sour pork balls all with rice, they were all very tasty and non greasy. The portion sizes were massive and we ended up asking for takeaway tubs to take the rest home with us. It is the best Chinese we have ever had and the cost was even a lot cheaper than we expected. We went home very full and very happy and will return again when back...
