Placed an order to be delivered today. I’m all for supporting the small independents so after using the other big donut companies who have all been great, I thought I’d give these a go. Never again. Don’t state you can deliver on a chosen day when you can’t. Very very disappointed and won’t be using again. Can’t even ring to ask why as it goes to an ext then answerphone. Update- eventually they replied to my message, I requested a refund, I was promised a refund, I messaged to find out how long it will take and now no reply!! What a marvellous super delicious find! I ordered a combination of vegan and ordinary doughnuts. I thought that I was “crazy” to expect prompt delivery especially in the era of Covid. But when they promised to deliver, there they were, on time, in pristine condition, not even a cheeky DHL courier bite missing all the way from Swansea to Bath. Brilliant in all aspects. Excellent communication, timely system management, informative advice and above all unsurpassed customer care! Shine on you crazy diamonds - I will absolutely be ordering again and as fast as my new doughnut...

Had already been in a few times for their donuts (amazing by the way) and saw by chance on facebook that they offer a sunday dinner!! ordered right away, collected hot and ready sunday lunchtime and have to say its an absolutely gorgeous roast dinner. Think we’ll give up on cooking on sundays now and just get these. Beef and pork were stunning and the array of veg is brilliant, and really friendly upon collection, even following up next day to ensure we’d liked our dinners.
