It's busy on a Saturday but the gave us a buzzer for a 20minute wait. The staff are very efficient and the food comes quickly. There are screens between tables and tables are wiped down between customers. It is upstairs but there is a small lift. The food was delicious and I had a Guiche Lorraine and my wife had Cauliflower Cheeses soup which looked very creamy, with white bloomer bread. My earl grey came with a tea strainer, and extra hot water. Something you usually have to ask for. My wife was offered a free glass of tap water. The service is very good and the food tasty. The salad came with a balsamic style dressing. We would come here today. There is a view but on a day like today not so good. We...

We were handed a gadget today which apparently vibrates when your table is ready. We don't know because ours didn't and when we complained because people arriving after us were going in we were told we might be the next 2! Having eventually got a table the service was extremely slow not the staffs fault they just didn't have enough of them for such a busy place. We have been before and always really happy but something sadly wrong today. 1 hour and 40 mins to get a cup of tea and a bowl of tepid soup. They definitely need to up their game some people just walked out and with hindsight we should have...

Come every week for breakfast when I have a business meeting nearby. Veggie breakfast is the best for miles, I’m not vegetarian but the sausages are to die for. I believe they are made with mushrooms. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. I really enjoy my weekly chat with the manageress who is always a bundle of energy and joy to speak to and makes everyone feel welcome. I Can’t comment on the other food as I always go for a breakfast but the menu is varied. Price is about £11 for the breakfast which for the location and quality is good value. It’s not a greasy...

Excellent staff, fast ordering and serving. Very very good soup: both the mushroom and the chicken noodle obviously homemade. A doorstop granary slice of crusty bread, plus large portion of clean crispy fries, a cappuccino and a huge piece of Battenburg. All came to a bargain £21.00, outstanding service an quality of food. Shame we don’t live closer

Cafe befitting the Flagship Lakeland store. Top quality, delicious breakfast/light lunch options. Not to forget the freshly baked assortment of cakes and scones. The staff is efficient and the food service is quick. Ample seating space and all by the glass facade of the building so awash with light. Toilets are well maintained and clean
