Tiffany Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Great Britain

Visited on a sunday. The appearance externaly seemed appealing and professional so was worth exploring. It was a bit busy and wasnt greeted by any of the staff. Self seated. 10 minutes later we were presented with the menu which had seen better days. The menu itself was worn and tired and clearly not laminated correctly. It amazes me how the rest of a restaurant can function if they cant manage to maintain a simple requirement. The Burger (which is what I wanted) and lasagna wasnt available so had to pick another option, I was informed of this after ordering the food. Finaly re-ordered an omelette with bacon and cheese. Finaly arrived with lots of cheese and a side of omelette. Oily. It had more cheese than my wifes pizza that she ordered. Very disappointing. On our exit I had to pop into the gents downstairs and was greeted with something from a horror movie like 'hills of eyes' the bathroom was in a shocking state, well in need for refurbishment. Well what a disaster at yesterday's lunch We have been regular customer's for years and have obviously been more than happy to return After placing our order, 2 Americano's 2 Baked Potatoes and a glass of water, 20 minutes later still no drinks, had to ask twice before coffee arrives but no water. 45 minutes comes and goes without any food or water. I again have to ask staff to check on our order, person vanished to the kitchen, returns but carrys on with other work, I ask again and they finally admit the order is lost and should she ssk chef to prioritise our food!! She then asks what was our order, unbelievable. Needless to say we left. Please guys get yourselves organised as there did not appear tobe anyone in overall charge. A final note due to COVID please do not have cutlery left on tables for anyone to touch, bring cutlery out as required. So...

Can’t put into words just how good this place actually is!

Food was great, service lovely, and the most important thing to me when I go out to eat…. They made a fuss of our daughter and made her feel special. They even let her keep her princess tiara that they brought over for her to play with.

The lasagna was quite simply the best I’ve ever had. The service was faultless.

These small independent businesses are the best. Give these your money as they genuinely care and want your custom….. we actually got told ‘no more customers’ without an apology by the food chain place around the corner, to then stumble upon this place. Thankful our money ended up at this great place and not the careless chains that just want your money!

We live further afield - but when we are next anywhere near Llandudno we will make a special trip to...
