I visited this place based on Google reviews. However, unfortunately we were very disappointed. Firstly, the lady that served us who was probably the manager or owner, was extremely rude towards me when I was ordering the breakfast. Secondly she then brought out breakfast that was not vegetarian and had bacon. I then questioned this and she gave me such an awful response, which was unprofessional of her. Saying that it was my fault I then clarified what I had asked and because I had answered back politely this obviously would have not looked good amongst other customers around therefore she then in frustration responded with "well cant you just take the bacon off it, weve made it now cant change it" LOL what on earth is that service if they call that to be a service and a 4.8 star then clearly there was some sort of personal issue with us from her own insecurities and biased opinions. I then again stated I am vegetarian I cannot just take it off and eat the rest she then took it back to make me a new one!. I then went to pay and they had charged me for a full bloomer breakfast which was £9.98 something and the veggie breakfast was £7.20 something so they charged me around £2 more. Maybe they can use that to train this lady in diversity and culture because she clearly did not like us from the offset! This is clearly shown in the way the atmosphere was made hostile around us and when others were leaving they were met with such warmth and a decent conversation but she had not even acknowledged us she looked but then turned away. Its was absolutely disgusting this sort of service was an absolute destroyer of the business. My friends that had been to this place previously and stated it was decent wete white so clearly this place probably mainly caters for white people as I mentioned there was an issue from the offset as we walked in. There are many other nice places that catered for my children who are Autistic and did not belittle the request of a bowl and milk for some cereals my 8year old brough with him but she had to make a point of that. Its was just an overall horrible experience on our last day 😞 I hope they put the £2 to...

We stumbled upon this delightful café in Llandudno on a rainy afternoon, and what a find it was! The cozy atmosphere provided the perfect shelter from the weather, and the food exceeded all our expectations.
The fish and chips were absolutely outstanding – quite possibly the best chips we've had anywhere in the UK! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were a true highlight. The fish was perfectly cooked and fresh, and the accompanying tartar sauce was spot on.
Their cakes were a dream – rich, moist, and full of flavor, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. We also tried the paninis, which were packed with fresh, delicious ingredients and are an absolute must-try.
The friendly, welcoming staff made the experience even better, adding a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a hearty meal or just a place to relax with a coffee and cake, this café is not to be missed. Highly...
Read moreThis is a great little place and they do a good selection of breakfasts/brunch items despite what the name might suggest (it says they only serve breakfast until 11.30, but they seemed quite flexible when we were there). Expect generous portions with thick slabs of bacon, good sausages, properly done eggs- simple food done well. Their cakes were excellent, with pieces so big my kids had trouble eating them, and they have a wide range of them that varies from day to day- beware, they do sell out. So good we went back a second time. Quite busy and you can't book, so get there early.
Access wise, all on the ground floor, including the toilet.
COVID wise: All the tables were well spread out (they also have 4-5 tables outside), the staff were wearing masks, there were counter screens and the doors were open. They were serious about their customers health- we were even asked to wait away from the shop while our table was being prepared to...
