I came here twice whilst on a short break in Llandudno. The first time I came, I had my family with me including my 1 year old daughter. I’m sure anyone with children will know it’s a fairly difficult age when going out for dinner, she’s a well behaved child but obviously there were times she would act like a 1 year old and it may have been a little disrupting to people eating around us. I just wanted to give the 2 young girls who work there a huge shout out for their kindness. They were so helpful and extremely attentive towards my child and family. They couldn’t do enough for us, we were all able to relax and it turned into one of the best meals of our little break away. They absolutely went the extra mile with their customer service, I would also like to add the food was great. Because our experience was so good we went back another night. Unfortunately there was an older guy serving this time and 1 of the girls from the previous night. I overheard him speaking to her not very kindly and then he made comments about how my daughter was loud when I was clearly trying to calm her down, it did not help the situation. He served another couple before my family who had come in after us. So we just sat there for ages waiting to order which resulted in us getting our own drinks from the fridge as it was boiling hot. The service was definitely not what it was the first night (the young girl didn’t serve us this time). Not sure if this guy is the owner but when it comes to customer service he could probably do with a bit...
Read moreSaw Dino's on Google and called to ask if they had any halal options. Was immensely pleased to hear they did cater to us, and packed my husband and baby into the car to go try this new discovery. 25 mins trip. Totally. Worth. It. The eatery is in an ideal location in the town centre with a lovely sitting area. We opted to sit outside cuz of covid, and ordered way too much food for 2. The melted meatballs were to die for, and my perfectionist husband wolved the 'American burger' down in minutes and gave it his very rare stamp of approval. I loved my spicy italian pizza as well. The dough was perfectly made and the toppings were plentiful. We had desserts for take-away and im currently in my tirimisu high. Quality quantity and price wise 100%. Having said that, the best thing about Dino's is Dino himself. Very enthusiastic and extremely friendly. Despite being very busy, he checked up personally on people to ask if they needed anything. I was especially impressed with how he treated a customer's dog. They thought he was joking when he said he'd get the dog a bunless burger and water, but voila! It arrived with their food and the dog was ecstatic. For that alone, I would have rated him 5 stars. Dino also gave us a milkshake and some Moroccon tea on the house. The shake was as good if not better than any dessert place we have tried. The tea was very fresh and piping hot as well. I'm definitely going to be a regular cuz we live close by, and I'd highly recommend you try it if you...
Read moreDined here yesterday (1:30pm 23/08/2023). Our first time using this restaurant, but would DEFINITELY visit again. Being lunchtime (and raining outside), the restaurant was very busy when we first arrived, but they still managed to seat our party of seven (4 adults and 3 children) all at one table. Once we had decided what we wanted from the extensive menu, the very polite waitress was quickly in hand to take our order. Adults had burgers with chips and a burger wrap, whilst two children shared a pizza with chips and the third had chicken nuggets. The food was in front of us within 20 minutes, which given how busy it was, was quite amazing. The manager made sure we had everything we needed - even a pizza cutter! The food itself was extremely well presented - pizza on a stone stand, burgers on open platters, chips in individual wire baskets. All food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Everybody loved everything. We finished our meal and were even given take-out boxes for any leftovers (although there wasn't much left 🙂). We then found that the children even got a fantastic, large, delicious free ice-cream. They thought this was fabulous. And all this for around £11 per person! (excluding drinks). I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks to all the staff, and keep up...
