Absolutely despicable cross contamination procedures are being followed here! Workers are not wearing gloves when preparing pizzas and when Iāve ordered a vegetarian pizza, the employee using her bare hands is touching meat and salami pork etc and then right away picks up the cheese to add to my vegetarian pizza. When I brought this to the attention of the worker behind the counter, the worker was asked to wash her hands and then proceeded to mix the new bag of cheese with the cheese that was contaminated with meat. The gentleman that was on kneading dough duty was also moving along and helping himself to the meat toppings before making vegetarian pizzas again without washing hands or gloves. Youāre going to get a lot of Muslim, Jewish, vegetarian, etc customers that can ONLY ORDER VEGETARIAN PIZZAS, the LEAST YOU CAN DO IS ENSURE ITS NOT CONTAMINATED WITH MEAT!!! The staff need training on cross contamination as a MATTER OF URGENCY RATHER THAN LOOKING DUMBFOUNDED WHEN I PULLED THEM UP ON IT. This should not be happening! I have been going to dominoes for years and never had this issue. TRAIN YOUR STAFF APPROPRIATELY! I am disgusted and appalled at what I saw Dominoes HD1. Start wearing bloody gloves when preparing food.
To the gentleman behind the counter that said they need to be told if the pizza needs to be made halal/kosher etc. A vegetarian pizza thatās already bloody listed on the menu should not be made having been contaminated with meat....

Then when we opened our ācheesy wedgesā they was black burnt. Gross. Not edible in the slightest. So after ringing the store and complaining we got advised we would be receiving a refund within 4-5 working days. 30 minutes later someone knocked on the door, was the delivery driver with our order again... we didnāt ask for another order we wanted a refund as itās put us off. So we had to ring back and explain we didnāt want that order and to sort the refund out.
So 7 days had passed and no refund. So messaged the store via Facebook... messages got ignored. So my partner messaged them.. again still ignored us. Shocking customer service.
I rang and got told the manager will call me back. 3 days later (total of 10 days after the order) still no refund, no call back , no nothing.
I decided then to write to head office and only then was it I got a phone call explaining no refund had been processed and nobody was aware of our complaint.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am absolutely appalled at the service I received I am a regular customer and never have I been spoken to the way I was spoke to by the so called manager he accused me of swearing to the driver when I didnāt it took them 1 hour to prepare and deliver my food when I called them to ask where my food was I was told 1 minute away so I waited outside my front door 5mins of waiting still no food rang them again told me they will call driver and cut me off called them back and was told heās outside but I was outside and he was nowhere to be seen then the driver calls and says heās outside at this point I was so frustrated being stood outside for 15mins I told him to just bring my food to the door as he had taken forever I was angry he stated that it wasnāt his fault and that he only left the store 2mins ago but I was told many times by the store that he was 1 minute away when he was 15mins away then they accused me of swearing and called me a liar as I rang to make a complaint the manager was sooo rude I was left shocked and in tears I couldnāt even enjoy my food I was left...
