Visited here twice in one week as I enjoyed it the first time. The first time I ordered the beef pho. The beef was tender and the broth was tasty. Good portion and nice bouncy noodles. I personally like some veggies in my pho (bean sprouts for example, this one just had coriander and onions I think?) but understand that what goes in pho changes regionally. My only issue was the broth was a bit too oily. The did accidentally serve me the wrong pho at first but it was very quickly sorted 4.5/10.
The second time I wanted to get the beef pho again but it was the weekend and later in the day, they had run out. I ordered the beef brisket one instead. This was not nearly as good. I WILL SAY, the broth was flavourful and as expected. However, the beef is precooked, and are large chunks of thick boiled beef. Its chewy, and not the pleasant slurp-fest we expected. (See the vietnamese in Trinity for that). They also didnt have all the vegetation you expect to see in authentic Hanoi Pho Bo.
Perhaps it was a bad day for them, or they used to be better, but I would skip and walk the extra minutes to get to...
