Philapita — Restaurant in Leeds

Came and found it by complete chance. It was on the lower ground floor of LUU, easy to find. Fab and friendly staff, busy or not they will always offer great service. Good selection with good price. The hummus bowl is so tasty and fullfilling. You can choose what you like to add into the bowl and the foods look fresh and well-made. Its ok, but not the best. Its very expensive and there is not much care taken when preparing the stuffed pitta breads, which often leads to a bad distribution of fillings. Add to this the large wait times and it becomes increasingly less appealing.

There are better food outlets which provide better value for money in close proximity to this location. I probably won't buy...

Im a regular at Humpit Leeds Uni. Its fantastic healthy food, served by a friendly team.

Im not vegan myself and usually eat meat with most meals, but a humpit is the one thing I dont find needs any meat in it, its very filling and incredibly tasty.
