This has been our favourite place to get pizza since I discovered it around a year ago. The staff are always friendly so the service is always great. They have now added some new things to the menu so i thought i would give an updated review. They have a loyalty card which gives you a free slice once you collect 10 stamps (one stamp per slice) we must have had 40 slices by now because their pizza is so good. They always have a wide selection catering to every palette, I have tried many of them and have never been disappointed. Today we were given some free cannoli - they have many flavours including chocolate, vanilla and pistachio and they were absolutely delicious. They have also added giant arancini balls which I first tried in Rome and make myself often so I was excited to try them and they went beyond my expectations. They are huge and very filling and they have a selection of flavours such as beef ragu, mushroom and truffle, one with pesto and i think two other flavours. I had the mushroom and truffle and demolished it along with a slice of salami pizza. My partner had two slices of Mexicana which is a staple for him. I can't recommend this place enough, the atmosphere is also very cosy and tucked away from the main food court in kirkgate market. Very authentically Italian and i noticed they have added alcoholic options to drink. Prices are also very reasonable as the portions are always huge. If you haven't tried this place you definetly should. Thank you for always delivering top food...
Read moreI walked out of Trinity Kitchen totally put off by the sheer cost of the place. I’d seen this place a couple of times and had a walk down. I’ve scoured Leeds for a place that does pizza by the slice without any joy, then discovered this gem.
I ordered a slice of the meat feast which was bigger than my (admittedly massive) head. It was heated up and delivered to my hand within a couple of minutes and did not disappoint. In a world where artisan pizza rules the world, this was really good, honest, tasty pizza. The thin base was accompanied by a lovely light, crispy crust, and the toppings were excellent. There’s no scrimping here, I couldn’t see the tomato through the cheese, didn’t have to poke around to find the toppings, and could see immediately that it was going to fill the hole in my stomach. All for a meagre £3.70.
Fantastic little place, and the market food court has loads of seating (albeit pretty chilly today). I’m a very happy boy.
If you want artisan pizza and an empty wallet, go somewhere else…or go here to remember how good a...
Read moreI visited Pollini’s Pizza Slice, excited to try their unique pizza slices and capture footage of the food for my social media vlog. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by unprofessional customer service. While I was setting up to record the pizza slices (not filming any staff), an employee loudly confronted me in front of other customers, stating I couldn’t record without permission. I explained I was only interested in the food, but the confrontation felt unnecessary and humiliating. After I had already paid for my order, the employee made a sarcastic remark about charging £10 for recording, which felt mocking. There was also no communication about wait times for my order, leaving me confused and frustrated. As an Asian customer, I felt unfairly targeted and disrespected. I decided not to feature Pollini’s in my vlog, and the money I spent feels wasted due to this poor treatment. I won’t return and hope management addresses these customer...
