Starters were OK. I had pannier chilli but there was 1 sliced chilli max so was not spicy. Mains well 2 came out cold then the rest were OK. However the person who took my order didn't even put it down so not only did i get missed and had to wait longer but I was given something that was bland and not spicy. The odd thing is he got my chilli rice correct. Nan breads were another mess up. I ordered a keema cheese naan and was given a cheese naan. Then told it was the correct naan. When I ripped it apart and said no its not they weren't happy. They took it away and brought another one back. I tried to eat that one as it was correct but the dough was raw in places. The drinks service was extremely slow had to wait 15 minutes after I ordered a drink for it to come but had repeated that I had ordered 4 times to the same guy who kept coming back. Then when we got the bill I checked it over and they had added drinks to the bill we didnt have. Good job I checked. I doubt we will be going back. Shame as it was recommended to us as being great for food...

Unfortunately I will not be reviewing the food as we have been completely put off and disappointed by your rude delivery driver (grey Nissan micra). We ordered food delivered to our flat, the driver then rang and demanded we come outside the building to collect it. I then ask him politely to deliver it to my door as this was what we requested. He gets lost in our very easy to navigate building and then when it eventually arrived at our door, he tells us ‘we don’t deliver to flats as we are not allowed. It’s dangerous and we might get attacked’. It doesn’t say this anywhere on your website. What if an elderly or disabled person ordered from you and was expected to make their way outside? Our tower block in Lichfield is very safe and I do not expect to be judged on my home when I’m paying a lot of money for food and a delivery service. Your delivery driver needs a lesson in customer service. No other takeaway service in Lichfield has ever questioned coming into our building to deliver food - we have a buzzer that opens the main door...
