I went here today with some friends, ordered a large brown sugar pearls, which I continued to idiotically drop and I felt awful because it was such a mess. Thankfully, the workers were super understanding and kind about the situation which made me feel better. They even gave me a free replacement drink! I'd definitely recommend this place, the workers are seriously lovely, and mindful and just truly good people even though I made their day a little difficult. It was getting busy during this time too but they still made sure that I was attended to! Thank you :) I'll definitely be sure to come again!

It was so lovely, very quiet when I went (around 2/3pm on a Saturday). The service was amazing and very quick! Amazing atmosphere! I have autism and anxiety so I struggle ordering normally but the person serving me (I believe his name is Kurt) was extremely understanding with me even though I took a long time deciding. The tea was so delicious and refreshing so was perfect for the hot summer weather - I will 100% be coming back, even though its far from where I live, it is totally worth it.

Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Liverpool. One of the best bubble teas I have had - and I love how customisable they are compared to other places I have visited. They also have some more varied and unique flavours - such as taro which someone else got who I went with. We all very much enjoyed our drinks. The staff member who was on duty was also very accomodating and friendly.

I like bubble tea and this place provides decent one. Problem is irregular time. I took a walk to have milk tea here before 3pm last friday and the staff told me that the bubble tea is ready by 3pm so i should wait for 10-15 mins. Today i deliverately come here at 3pm because i know it wouldn't be ready before 3pm. But the staff told me to wait for 20 mins because it would be ready by 3:30... So I'm waiting, writing this review in the meanwhile. Not sure when exactly this shop starts bubble tea as the staff said it's flexible. FYI the opening...

This place used to be our regular spot for drinks, so glad to see its back! Came in just before closing as we didn't realise it had gotten so late. We said if they're closing we understand if they cant serve us and we'll go. The girl behind the counter was absolutely lovely and said it was no worries.
