Kitchen 54 — Restaurant in Liverpool

This was the best vegetarian breakfast, I have tasted; the owner who took the order was very flexible, provided alternative to meat; hullumi cheese and avocado instead of meat and the service was excellent. If you are out and about i recommend Kitchen 54 to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner; the price is very reasonable for what you get and great to support locally owned family business which also creates opportunities for young people to work and gain the experience of working hard and providing that excellent customer service. Thankyou so much for your friendly service and hospitality and recognising our needs; not many business go extra mile like this owner....

Visited Kitchen 54 on Bank Holiday Monday, the day of the Liverpool Champion's parade. We had planned to go to a different cafe, but long queues saw us opt for Kitchen 54 instead, and I'm so glad we did. Staff were really friendly, menu was well priced and offered a range of breakfast and lunch options. There were 7 of us dining so expected a bit of a wait but didn't mind at all as we had plenty of time to kill, but the manager still insisted we have some free pastries by way of apology which we thought was really kind. Good - nice coffee

Bad- the food! Attempted breakfast here, full English. They serve on boards so as they carried the breakfast out a sausage rolled off! Accidents happen and they offered something to replace it. Unfortunately the breakfast itself was cold and inedible, the replacement item (hash brown) was also cold so obviously not cooked fresh. They did offer another meal but after waiting 15mins already for it to arrive and my friends having already eaten there meals as they came out before mine, I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for food that may also be inedible.
