We were exploring Liverpool when we saw a sign that says rooftop terrace. It was a sunny day so we wanted just to enjoy in the sun with a pint of beer. This place is huge. It has three floors, on every wall there's a big one or two tvs, and it has music all the time. Staff is very kind. We decided to go for snack box and nachos. Snack box was so delicious and worth the money. With the nachos i never tried chilli con carne so i asked if i can have it on a side just in case i dont like it. I usually dont eat nachos because they are always messy. This portion of nachos is something i never had before. I do believe its something you will not eat anywhere else. I think the nachos was either homemade or something you can't find it in the store. Chill con carne was very delicious, and the guacamole was tasty aswell. Actually all the sauces were amazing. They put enough sauce that you need so the nachos were not drowning in sauces. Everything was perfect. If you go to Liverpool and you want to enjoy in delicious food and nice atmosphere this is the place to go. We went back for a night out on a live music.

Huge Irish themed sports bar located in Mathews street it's a great bar for and sport as there are literally hundreds of large screen tv's and projector screens around the whole bar. Good food menu at reasonable prices offering gourmet burgers, tex mex and a large variety of other bar food. Warehouse style interior with several floors with an eclectic mix of furniture. Great atmosphere for watching big sports events very loud but good fun. Live bands perform most nights again with the volume up so not the venue for a quiet drink. Staff work hard to keep customers waiting to a minimum. Great place for large groups.

This was the meeting point for the Bayer 04 Leverkusen fans ahead of our Champions League match against Liverpool back in November 2024. By late afternoon the place was teeming with singing fans who had long since spilled out onto the street outside. This place is certainly big and they were doing a roaring trade in beer and food. I appreciated the good nature of the staff and bouncers and all went smoothly until we began our long march up to Anfield. All good.

This weekend we went to mccooleys bar in Liverpool with a group of 12 of us... this bar is shameful.. no organisation at all .. its table service only which is fine .. that was not a problem .. the problem was we paid for several drinks round after round many of which didn not turn up... the bar staff could not care less .. we made complaint after complaint which fell in.deaf ears with the "girl " who was In charge being worst of all.. us ladies put 40 pound each In the kitty and spent every penny and added more and according to.the silly young girl in charge she kept saying we had only bought 2 drinks all night.. this girl was really in a power trip and was ignorant and evan swore at 1 of the ladies in our group when she accidentally turned around and bumped into.her .. also the drinks took 40 minutes in other occasions to.be delivered to our tables plus many others had this problem.as well .. our complaints just fell in.deaf ears.. there wqs not enough staff for the amount of people that were in there.. no social distancing at all.. pure joke... all they wanted was to.take your money and not deliver a service... we had been here on many many occasions but never been like this.. the higher management of this pub really need to take a grip.here... its a shame it was like it was because the actual singers there on this weekend were fabulous... but the staff were shameful ......

Popped in for breakfast before getting our return taxi home.

Lovely big place loads of seating area lovely clean toilets.

The breakfast was delicious when items added and removed with no charge makes me happy.

However...... The gentleman who served us was pleasant to start but become very ratty and snapped at one person within the group. Which was rude and not very professional. Baring in mind there were 14 of us ranging from 25 - 50 in age this was not appropriate.

The gentleman did return to apologise at which point the atmosphere within the group had dropped and was too late as returned about 30 mins later.....

Once breakfast was finished and all the plates removed we asked if more drinks could be ordered at which point the waiter informed yes but not for the person he snapped at.

We declined the offer and vacated. Despite everything being nice we won't b returning as the service is not what you...
