Mooboo Liverpool — Restaurant in Liverpool

This place needs better staff, I've always had an issue with staff when coming here, as they are always unwelcoming and rude. I'd go to a different bubble tea place if I could find one, but sadly this place seems to be the only one that's easy to find, so I always dread going inside. I feel like it's gotten worse in there though and felt like I should finally leave a review.

When you walk inside they stand there waiting for you to say something instead of welcoming you and asking you what you'd like to order, and because they're blasting music, they complain that they can't hear you instead of just turning the music off.

Then once your order is complete and you thank them before leaving, they ignore you, as they carry on chatting to...

Really disappointed with the service. The drink was fine, don't have a problem with it but I was appalled by the service. Staff are teenagers who have no clue what customer service is and you could tell they didn't take anything seriously. Staff was just sat on the counters, gossiping and trash talking. I get they are kids but seriously, I felt awkward and unwelcome as I felt like I interrupted a slumber party. Very unhygienic to have been sitting on the counters where my drink was being prepared right next to their bottoms. I couldn't even tell they worked there because they weren't wearing any kind of uniform or badge at all. I don't know who the manager is, but if I were them, I would retrain all of...

I have just been to the store in Liverpool one and had the worst experience in how the girl serving the till was treated (I think her name is Nicole as that was the name on the till). The guy, who runs the store (that what he said when I asked to speak to someone) pretending to train her was literally treating her with no respect at all and in the worst way possible an employee can be treated. I waited more than 30 min in the queue and during the whole time his attitude never changed. This experience touched my 2 daughters in the queue with me and a few costumers left because of this.
