Staff don't care about you and will happily watch you get pestered by others. AVOID.

Me & My partner recently visited for the first time, although the food was good our dinner date was rudely interrupted by a random member of the public, who stood over our tablet attempting to tell us about the oddest subjects but more importantly waving/pointing their fingers all over our food, after 5 minutes of us nicely hinting to this member of the public to leave us alone, this person would not take the hints and continued to pester us, we then made it very clear to move away from us, especially after touching our food, they did not listen, at this point, staff should have stepped in but they didn't.

The whole time whilst the above was occurring, the majority of the staff including what we believe to be the manager, just stood in the background watching us, it was very obvious how uncomfortable we were and that this member of the public was not welcome at our tablet, the staff did absolutely nothing apart from watching.

After the member of the public finally left, only then did a member of staff come over to apologise for the actions of the member of the public during this apology they admitted to knowing this person (which points towards this person being a regular, be aware!)

I understand Staff can't control the actions of a person or how they behave but if your customers are clearly uncomfortable/being pestered whilst on your premises by someone you know is a regular/known for doing this type of behavior, the least you can do is, step in/just offer to help your customers.

On both occasions our waitress was Sarah. She was fantastic, greeted us at the door and showed us to our tables, shared some experiences she has herself of the location and the infamous Mt. Snowdon. She was also very understanding of my girlfriends dieting needs changing the steak and shrimp fagitas to just shrimp and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience in any way. Upon the second time visiting she was just as full of happiness and energy and again, had no problems at all changing the menu for us, a truly valued asset to Harvey’s.

Our first time visiting we so good and we had such a fantastic time we visited again the next night.

The kitchen worked extremely well together and you could tell they were a well oiled team with no loud shouts or noise coming from them despite it being open to the hearing and sight of the public, the food was absolutely fantastic so huge compliments to the whole team!

Any member of staff that walked past were extremely friendly and always checked if they could help in anyway and how we were getting on, not in a bothering way either, it was just evident just how friendly and genuinely caring they were.

Absolutely gutted we won’t have an opportunity to dine like this back home. Hopefully Harvey’s sticks to how it is run now and don’t change like other restaurants and we will definitely be coming back next year with more of us to enjoy this.

Honest guy with review's , I really do like a good American cuisine! So whilst on Holiday, spotted this place, looked good on the outside, then hit the reviews up for research it out , looked fab by what I read ( a real wow Factor!) So planned visit for the evening .

Regards to the food , turns out its like a bottle of prime what's hitting the shelves at the moment to be honest! Exellent marketing but in all fairness not that much wow to be honest . Was quite disappointed, the burger had no taste , was shocked coz I have had American Burgers before and I have American friend's, and they do not taste like this . I'm not saying I didn't like it , but it just tasted plan in my eyes ... Nothing smoked about it .

I would come back try something else maybe but not in a hurry.

Restaurant was nice , clean , staff were okay , they have good commuication between themsleves of the colleague, soon as you start saying what you would like to order , it is immediately sent by phone communction to the kitchen and bar , was impresssed by that .

They need change some of their songs , because they are marketing this place out to be a real American thing , but alot of it is not , English songs for one, when I was eating my dinner . I thought it was over priced also for what it was for the quality.
