The sea bass fish platter—an impeccable combination of prawn, oyster, salmon, and a variety of other delectable accompaniments like chicken wings and mushrooms—was equally satisfying. Over the weekend, Kirsteen and her twin best friends had a play date. After having a blast, we headed to “Ning's fresh Beef Hotpot” for a meal. The restaurant is in a very convenient location—it's easily visible as soon as you exit Goodge Street Station, making it effortless to find. This time, we chose beef bone clear broth as the base. The broth was both clear and rich, infused with red dates, goji berries, corn, white radish, and springy handmade beef balls. The aroma was irresistible, and the taste was fresh and appetizing. All the beef in the restaurant is freshly sliced, with top-notch quality and a wide variety. We ordered ribeye cap, spoon tendon, and triple-layer brisket. The meat was incredibly tender, especially the ribeye cap and spoon tendon, which were sliced exceptionally thin. Just 10 seconds in the broth was enough to cook them to perfection, making them both flavorful and silky smooth—truly impressive. As for seafood, the prawns were large and fresh. Once cooked, they turned a vibrant red, instantly boosting one’s appetite. The prawn meat was tender and juicy, making it an ideal dish for children—an absolute delicacy. The vegetable platter was diverse and plentiful, catering to everyone's tastes and showcasing the restaurant’s sincere hospitality.
