First and foremost, the customer service at Gelato Amorino was nothing short of disgusting. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy when attending to customers. The attitude displayed by the manager, in particular, was smug and unpleasant, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Furthermore, I was appalled by the way the store was operated. The ice cream display had incorrect mixed flavors, leading to confusion among customers and creating a lack of trust in the quality of your products. Additionally, I noticed that the ice cream servings were poorly filled, leaving customers with less than what they paid for. This not only feels like a rip-off but also diminishes the overall enjoyment of your products.
The issue of playing Bollywood music on blast is also a matter of concern. While I understand that music can create a pleasant ambiance, playing it excessively loud makes it uncomfortable for customers both inside and outside the shop. It is essential to strike a balance and be considerate of the diverse preferences of your customers.

After explaining to her I had not ordered through the screens as I was unaware that that was the only way to order due to the lack of signs within the store she completely ignored me and walked away when I asked her a question. I was extremely disappointed with this behaviour from such a large brand. I asked her again, what can be done she ignored me and walked away again. Upon asking her the third time what I should do now as I did not want to wait another 40 minutes, she started raising her voice at me whilst stating âwell what do you want me toâ. She said "bill" so we showed her but she just took away and never gave it back. We pointed the flavours but she never tried to see and she said " I couldn't see what you pointed it. Say it" very rudely. I was enduring. However, after choosing the flavours she said "which macaroon!! Which macaroon!!" really aggressively. I was with my sister and my sister asked her name but she was staring at us. We was very upset at this point. She never told her name to us but the other staff told us her name is mina.
