I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cherry On and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately impressed by the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The decor was stylish and cozy, setting the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience.

I had a terrible experience here. I ordered the garden breakfast (vegetarian) and my friend ordered the vegan breakfast. I asked for a vegan sausage on my vegetarian breakfast as this was not included with the meal. When my food came out I realised that the sausage was real meat and not a vegan one. This was unclear at first and I nearly started eating this. I asked staff, who then said they would just take it off my plate, I asked them to make me a new meal as it had been contaminated by the meat and they took my plate away. My friend had to then eat separately from me and after 5-10 minutes they brought out the same food that had previously been on the other plate (I could tell as I had already started eating some of the meal) and the meal was now cold - with a vegan sausage added to the plate. We had to ask for our drinks three times to which they finally brought them out ant the end of the meal - after asking what drinks we ordered again as they had clearly forgotten. The bill came and they had proceeded to add the 12.5% service charge on and charged me for the additional vegan sausage, which would have been fine considering the whole meal wasn’t cold or ruined. Despite its exceptional quality, Cherry On maintains prices that are refreshingly reasonable. The staff have taken the time to familiarize themselves with us, even memorising our favourite coffee orders.
