Boots — Local services in London

I absolutely LOVE this local chemist.. I've been using it for my cosmetics/ cleansing products and pharmacy - every week for the past 10-12years!!...??? Never had ANY cause to complain about anything,, even when I thought I was in the right(and wasn't) the staff there treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy rarely found in this day and age!! Never feel rushed/ pushed into buying something I don't want!!- unlike other big chemists!! I have nothing but admiration for ALL the staff here.. especially on the pharmacy department.. I'd love to remember all the names of the helpful staff but I don't ( sorry ),.. however today I was served by a beautiful young lady named Magdalena.. who went far and beyond her duties ( I believe) by rummaging through next weeks delivery to find me the product I wanted.. The pharmacy staff like previously mentioned are SO empathetic- they've been a great source of comfort and information on my medication,, There Is another lady I feel worth mentioning.. I believe she's polish ( in her late 40's?)🤔She also is very knowledgeable.. Amy and the lady with the headscarf on the NO 7 counter have really sorted out my facial regime,, thank you girls😘 If I've forgotten anyone I'm sorry as I suffer from short term memory loss and I find this sort of thing hard!! I was 'not impressed' with the customer service delivered by one of the ladies as a 'pharmacist'. I had just come from my gp appointment (nhs) and she informed me to go to the pharmacy and get an ankle support for Achilles tendinitis. Clearly a medical term.

I took a few from the boots stand and asked the pharmacist which one was better for Achilles tendinitis. The pharmacist response was "we don't know what that is. You need to go talk to your gp" to which my response was "these are your products".

I left and went to Golborn Pharmacy near Ladbroke Grove, a local community pharmacy. I asked the pharmacist the same question. This pharmacist 'explained to me the better product and why and asked whether I would be exercising with it'. That is a pharmacist and that is excellent customer pharmacist.

I suggest you train your staff on medical knowledge which is their job, including product knowledge and its application. Or just don't hire staff who are 'extremely lazy and cannot be bothered". That staff lady was white with brown curly hair.

I no longer have any confidence in the boots pharmacy staff. Why they work with the nhs with staff like that is...

I'm very sorry because there was a girl at the checkout who could not refund me because the price on the shelf was wrong with the checkout price there was no manager there nor did she have another employee to be able to serve. The queue reached 25 people to wait because the girl at the checkout did not know what to do the time was 18:18 date 27/05/22 I normally paid a product that had an offer and not what I had to pay. It is unacceptable to call at the store at that time from my phone and there is no one in charge. I asked the cashier when her manager will come and she answered me tomorrow morning you can expect him. Unacceptable behavior from all of them how can you leave an employee alone ??? in the...
