Nice of you to come back to me regarding my poor review that I gave you a YEAR ago.

It would of been good if you showed some integrity and owned up to your mistakes. I also find it hilarious how you have analysed the photo and said the 'meat' was vegan. You can tell from the photo it wasn't so unless you've got the most realistic vegan mock meat and it comes with muscle fibres and ligaments then hats off to you 👏🏽. However this was not the case and it's quite insulting you'd think this was a false accusation, I even sent the food back with the taxi when you refunded me £10 for acknowledging your error.

The only false information is that you take cross contamination seriously which you didn't a year ago and didn't understand the overall spoiled experience after waiting 2 hours for delivery. You even admitted that there was a mistake however I bet you'll come back with 'this didn't happen'.

If your service and staff took this seriously I would have been more understanding and wouldn't have been so harsh with my review. We've ordered from you two times before this and were perfectly happy with the food, in this case mistakes happen and the severity of the situation and resolution was very poor. My experience was completely factual and if at the time you offered to take this seriously and make this right instead of JUST refunding £10 for the contaminated food even though the whole order was unfortunately thrown in the bin, we would have not gone down this route.

I also don't blame you for lying in your response because you're defending your business. Over 2000+ people have viewed the photos I've uploaded I'll save anyone reading your next response e.g.

First time ordering and honestly the food was abysmal. Very little flavour, very little protein and tasted rushed. Also needed to use bathroom several times in the night.

We ordered Tom Yum Soup with prawns, Thai Red Curry and Scissor Noodles.

Scissor Noodles was horrible - only ate a quarter of it. It was advertised as spicy but had very little spice of flavour. If anything it tasted sweet. It was full of cabbage and peppers which were soft and mushy and mixed in texturewise with rhe noodles. Id say there was the same amount of mushy cabbage as there was noodles and 5 prawns in total. It was sweet and tangy and there was more vegetable than noodles. It needed to be cooked longer and with more flavour.

The tom yum soup vase was nice but it had 3 prawns and full of cabbage and brocolli. Never had cabbage in Tom Yum soup. The base was nice enough though.

The thai Red Curry just tasted of coconut milk. It wasn't red in colour nor were there chilli's or spices. All I could taste was coconut milk. It needed more flavour and to be cooked for longer.

Also needed to use the bathroom several times in the night. Personally I think everything undercooked and incorrect.ingredients that may have gone off that gave it the tangy flavour.

All in all it was £25 wasted. I wouldn't reccomend, better Thai...

Absolutely awful food! Ordered via Uber Eats on 19th August 2023. Chicken tasted disgusting, which was also rock hard, tough and chewy. The rice was undercooked, hard and crunchy. As a business you should be ashamed if that's the quality of food you feel is acceptable. I feel sorry for any future customers that use your service.

Uber eats fully refunded us after the videos and pictures we sent to them. They couldn't apologise enough.

EDIT (Added 20th August 2023) Last night, both myself and my wife started experiencing distressing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. These symptoms not only ruined our evening but also caused significant physical discomfort and distress.

I am truly shocked and dismayed by this incident, as I had expected nothing but the highest standards of food safety and hygiene from a reputed restaurant like yours. It is clear that there has been a serious lapse in food preparation and handling procedures, which has resulted in this...
