We've been past Keu! (apparently pronounced Kay-oh) a few times in the evening after closing time (8pm) and have always said that we'd come back in the daytime to try the quite interesting looking menu. Our first opportunity came one Monday lunchtime and we opted for the banh mi sandwiches. One classic with two types of pork and paté and another with barbecue lemongrass pork. Both were made fresh and came in a crispy baguette, packed with salad and herbs and a liberal helping of fresh red chillies. Inside, Keu! looks good with dark wood everywhere, a nice open counter so you can see your food being prepared and plenty of seating (it wasn't busy when we were there). Service was good and although we had originally decided to take-away, we changed our minds and sat in the window with one of the papers that were provided. Will...

It was my 1st time here this Friday and ime so glad I went in. This place does one of the best tasting Banh Mi I've had for ages. The Banh Mi bread was warm a crunchy (just like you have it in the homeland). The ingredients were all very tasty. Could have done with a bit more chilli but nevertheless it was a damn good Banh Mi. I went for the class Keu Banh Mi btw. The staff were all very friendly. It was very busy so took at bit of time to get my food but it's worth it. Price was, it was a bit expensive for a Banh Mi but I supposed that's due to the cost o living and also the location of the shop. Plenty of seats during lunch if you want to sit inside, but most ppl seem to want to dona take away. I'll definitely be coming back here and try the other...

This place is a nice casual spot for lunch.

For those who aren't so experimental with new cuisines, this is deffo a good place to grab a Banh Mi sandwich, as classic Vietnamese style baguette.

I didn't realise (silly me) that I ordered a sandwich, perhaps I could have asked so it was my mistake or it could have been clearer in the menu above the bar.

Cute place with casual seating, modern rustic elements and dark wood.

I orderd a Vietnamese iced coffee and got the Kimcho BBQ pork belly sandwich. It was pure heaven and very good coffee. Id I was out drinking and needed something to sober up that sandwich would be the saviour of the night.

Worth trying at least once. Sadly the bar next to this had a strange smell coming from...

Banh Mi Keu Deli brings the best Saigon street food to London. First deli opened in Old Street introducing our authentic Vietnamese banh mi baguettes to Shoreditch. All of Kêu banh mi’s are made to order in house. Offer all of the Vietnamese classics alongside the famous London crispy pork belly and delicious vegetarian options like smoky aubergine and crisp tofu. Banh Mi Keu Deli now has sites in Soho, Shoreditch and London City, not only creating fantastic banh mi but bringing traditional Saigon street food, rice and noodle bowls, and snacks to London. Whether you eat in, take away, or get it delivered with a cold homemade lemonade, the delis promise to bring you fresh, made to order authentic Saigon street food across London.

Known for their tasty Banh Mi, Kêu is a delightful choice when you're around the city and hungry. The Kêu Original Banh Mi is the fan's favourite. Crispy bread, tasty meat, aromatic pate and butter and herbs. Can't go wrong with this one if you can't decide. I tried out their rice box recently with the beef stew one and it's very tasty too, albeit expensive. There are vegetarian options 🌾. The shop is tiny so it's geared towards takeaway. During lunchtime the queue can get really long so arrive outside 12:00 - 12:30 to avoid the queue. Eating in during this time is not that comfortable as the shop is crowded.
