If I could give 0 stars, I would. We entered the shop and within 30seconds (literally), I was asked to place an order or leave. The entire place was empty - not a single customer. I politely asked for a minute to browse through the menu while standing at their counter as there are no menus on the table, but instead she looked at me from head to toe (I am asian) & said this is for customers only. I've been to this place while I'm coming back to my city from London till waiting for the coach. Staff is always cleaning the desks and chairs so very clean place. Food portion is worth for the money but most of the food is frozen. Taste wise its not that much good. I've ordered Fries and chicken burger. Fries was still cold even though they've put it through fryer. Couple is running the place and they are very supportive. I really like this place. Reasonable price and good food, especially their full English breakfast. The staff are friendly. I rated the service 3/5 because I witnessed some episodes of customers telling staff they had an allergy to a particular food and still were served the food.
