I was excited to go here but was left severely underwhelmed and left hungry. The first person I interacted with spoke to me like he was doing me a favour by taking my drinks order. My friend wanted Bottomless Brunch which was priced at just under £50 per person. I explained that I didn't drink, I was told that the whole party has to go bottomless, so she missed out on that. I then ordered what I wanted but asked for a substitution based on my dietary requirements, I was told the item I didn't want would simply be removed, not substituted, I would have been okay with this if I was spoken to with a modicum of respect. I then cancelled my food order and stuck to the coffee I had previously ordered.

When the bill came a manager happened to take payment and I asked her to take off the service charge. I'm not paying for bad service. She explained that the non-alcoholic bottomless brunch was actually half the price, something that was not mentioned earlier. She still had an attitude which baffled me, but removed the service charge as well as the charge for the coffee.

I wouldn't visit again, I wouldn't recommend it, as instagrammable as the food might be it's not worth the bad service/ experience, not to me anyway.

+++++++

In response to the response from the manager.

You offered non alcohol bottomless brunch without telling us the reduced cost, you can see why paying close to £50 would seem unreasonable. Maybe you should communicate with your team better to avoid such miscommunication in the future. You offered a substitution for bread with different bread. I don't eat bread, so that's not really an alternative. Instead of apologising for your team's lack of respect/ effort/ customer service you're making excuses. If they don't want to be at work, they shouldn't be. It's called the service industry, a smile costs nothing, try...

Just been here for brunch, location is nice but inside could be better organized, service is friendly but more focused on allocating people inside than proactively ensuring customer satisfaction, coffee wasn't delivered until asked 2 times and was not what I asked so I had to go myself to the barista asking to change it, finally asked for mayo but never received. The worse was the quality/value food equation: ordered a standard poached eggs on charcoal bread and some sort of chilly pesto (7.5Ā£), added sausage (2.5Ā£), everything was really dry and not well connected, never seen eggs so small in my life as the poorly toasted bread slides were basically empty and the 2.5Ā£ sausage addition was only a single little sausage, not even clear if it was organic as no explanation provided in the menu, but if you pay that money for a single sausage it should be definitely better that the one served. Overall I don't really see any reason for recommending anyone to go there or why I should come back there. Last thing, despite all the good comments about the good coffee, the taste was literally the same of costa coffee but at just the double of the price. There are so many places in London where you can easily have a way better experience for the same value or less. Good...

The worst service I have ever received in any restaurant/cafe in London. The lady serving us was unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I mentioned I had a nut and fish allergy (they handle salmon and nuts in the restaurant), and after having a bite of my food, I had an allergic reaction. After the same waitress confirmed that there was no contamination (which there obviously was) she proceeded to tell me that maybe my allergy was 'in my head', instead of saying sorry about the situation at hand. This was all while I was having an allergy reaction and I was not asked if I was ok or if I needed water. My friend had to go and fetch a jug of water. Additionally, I had to ask them not to include my meal on the receipt, as I spent the rest of the time drinking 5 cups of water and not eating anything in front of me. I have never seen such unprofessional service before. Additionally, the hygiene standard was low, and it felt very cramped and disorganised. Overall, a terrible brunch experience that left my stomach affected for the rest of the day as well as my mood due to the manner in which the situation...

Beany Greeny is situated on the edge of the Little Venice canals and we originally stopped by yesterday for a green juice and other refreshing drinks. Those were really really good. We noticed the breakfast/ brunch items on their menu and decided to come back the next day. OMG! Wow! Were we so pleasantly surprised. I personally love blueberry pancakes so I have had them many different places. But here… was the BEST I have ever had, period, end of story! The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, a bit on the soft side if you like it that way (I like a bit more cooked but the flavor made everything perfect) and the taste was brilliant!! My wife had the Avocado Toast and she smiled so big. Most places never get it right… even if we come back several times. It was perfect, the egg was poached correctly and they even have a tasty chorizo. This is a must visit place and the staff were very friendly! Please try to make a reservation in the morning especially because it might be cool and the inside tables get reserved.

We wanted somewhere that serves matcha, chai latte along with some quick brunch before our business meeting. This place definitely ticked all the boxes, the matcha latte was perfect on the pallet not overpowered or underwhelming. The chai latte was a little on the lighter side but others may want it sweeter, as I always go for a lighter latter for me it was perfect. We had the light breakfast and shakshouka, I personally really enjoyed the charcoal infused sourdough, the sauce in the shakshouka was on point and richly flavoured. The light lunch contained celeriac slices that were toasted and flavoured, these had more of a sweet flavour and never tried celeriac before so it was nice but I personally enjoyed shakshouka (slightly biased as it's one of my favorites) Definitely recommend for breakfast.

I do not usually eat out for breakfast, but friends of mine ate at this Beany Green while visiting me recently and recommended it. I had The Bondi and I highly recommend it if you would like a filling breakfast which does not leave you feeling bloated. Everything was cooked very well, especially the poached eggs. I am glad that I stuck with the charcoal sourdough, as it tasted a lot better than I thought it would. I do recommend getting the chorizo beans as an extra, as they complemented the other parts of the meal as well. The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful, as were the other staff who I interacted with. This Beany Green is right next to the Little Venice canal and so it is a very pleasant environment to enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a Sunday.
