Beast & Field Steak Mayfair — Restaurant in London

I liked that burger A LOT.

I was reading reviews of different places at this food court and only them had better reviews, however lower number of reviews. I was doubting them, but gave it a try.

That's a delicious one burger! Souce and fried onion blends perfectly with each other. A thin, yet soft and tasty, bun. At first look, I thought that it was a joke and the bun is gonna be crispy and weird like a cracker, but it was absolutely the opposite. And a little amount of bread is even better - you really enjoy the meat and the sauce.

However, the chips are more of the french fries style and actually not a good one version. They were too crispy, sharp and thin. I would not recommend to order them. If you are reading this, guys, would you mind to change the recipe a bit or give a softer variation, closer to the british chips, or at least a bit thicker french fries? Thanks, mates

P.S. personally recommend to ask a for a pint at Altar Bar on the first floor....

Oh my word! What an absolute ''Beast'' this place was. I visited on a Monday afternoon with my husband and ordered the shared platter which included all types of meat and fries w salad, accompanied with a delicious chimichurri sauce. This was heavenly!!! No exaggeration. From the salad to the fries to the meat tasted beautifully and they were cooked to perfection. The overall experience of being in the Mercato food hall was brilliant, the vibes were wicked, and eating such good food there made us have a great time. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend visiting them. We ate 100 times better with them, than in fancy steak restaurants where we paid much more and the quality was very low. Keep up...
