Food was good. However customer service was poor. I ordered 1 kebab wrap yet there was miscommunication and was charged for 3. My food wasn’t even in the process of being cooked yet as there were other orders ahead of me and I kindly asked to be refunded the two extra I didn’t want. The lady in the store was rude and said she won’t refund me. There was no refund sign. I apologised on my behalf if she didn’t hear me correctly. But acted like she did no wrong and Forcing me to buy the 2 extra wraps I didn’t want. It was a simple mistake and miscommunication. Yet just complained how I was holding her up to cooked her other orders and wasn’t compromising at all. So based on the conversion I was forced to spend another $40 aud when it was a simple mistake. I even asked for one soda and she charged me for three sodas. Just poor customer service, no acknowledgement whatsoever that they stuffed up and no responsibility...

1star is not fair. I wish I could give ZERO.very dirty place, very bad customer service. The lady was extremely rude. She wore gloves but touched everything with that gloves even the toilet key when passing to customers. You might not believe but the dirty and smelly toilet was locked. She didn’t give us the key unless we ordered food and paid….. the burger was awful and bad smell. The bun was stale. I don’t recommend this dirty place....

Wow, I so wish I took pics but the other reviews showcase the food for what it is. Came back from tower of london to my just park location and popped in here for dinner for 5. Cost £60 and it was better than any restaurant burger. Clean and great tasting food whilst the husband and wife cooking were lovely and friendly.
