Thursday night and it’s appropriate to have loud music and customers singing at top of their voices at 11.45pm, you are opposite a residential estate where children are sleeping and have school in the morning, parents/people have to get up and go to work! I don’t like it but I suffer it friday and Saturday nights as it’s the weekend and people r out enjoying themselves, but to be so selfish to have events/functions that go on til 2am on a Thursday night is just disrespectful to the residents that have to suffer the noise, litter, vermin pissing up their blocks etc! I am a single parent with 3 under 8 year olds, my youngest of 2 years has been disturbed all night, I am a full time teacher and have work in the morning, my children have school and my toddler has nursery. I got so desperate at 12am I walked over and asked the music be turned down, a staff member said she would notify her manager….. in my opinion the manager didn’t like this and knowing noise patrol only address if music is loud, turned music down and replaced it with karaoke!!!! Disgusting and no regard for residents!!!! Instead allowed high levels of noise go on until 2am. I called the bar at 2am to express the disturbance to be greeted with a young, rude and inconsiderate man who actually put the phone down as I quote “the show must go on”!!!! That was just before I asked his name! I will be walking over to you at an appropriate time tomorrow and hope the manager who spoke to me tonight is there, as regardless of the noise issue, you have no right to be so rude to me! I will be...
Read moreI recently visited Enid Street Tavern in London, hoping to enjoy the final of the Euros with some friends. However, our experience was nothing short of disappointing. When we arrived and made it known that we were supporting the Spanish team, we were told we couldn't stay to watch the match. This level of discrimination and lack of hospitality is unacceptable.
A pub should be a welcoming place for everyone, regardless of which team they support. It's a real shame that Enid Street Tavern doesn't seem to share this view. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for an inclusive and friendly...
Read moreAs a local who goes here relatively regularly, here to leave a 5 star as the two people claiming you didn't let them in for the final for discrimation reasons, are absoultely absurd. You were fully booked and at capacity, I myself (English) tried to book a table and was also told I was too late. Fair enough. These are breweries, not somewhere to go when you find yourself at a loose end and realise your team is playing in a final.... Thanks for hosting the games! Great addition to...
