Terrible service waited 20 minutes before we was greeted and asked what we would like to drink. The waitress told us she was tired and rushed off her feet even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time.
The waitress asked would be like some complementary bread and dip we said yes but when the bill came we had to pay for the dip which was £7.95.
We asked for rosé wine and was given white wine, I asked for lamb cutlets and was given chicken. I then had to wait a further 10 minutes for my lamb to be cooked by the time it arrived my mum had finished her meal.
When I first ordered the lamb cutlets I asked how many you get and I was told five when it finally arrived I had 3 on my plate and one cube of lamb sheesh (I’m still baffled about that) maybe they thought I didn’t know the difference anyway at that point I just ate it because I was so hungry.
I complained to one of the waitresses about the waitress serving us in which she gave me a complementary glass of wine which was nice of her but I did explain I don’t drink white wine then she explained she can’t give me rose wine so at that point I asked for the bill and left.

Read moreGorgeous little Lebanese restaurant with a whole lot of charm and excellent service. Hanging lights, intimate setting, comfortable seating, beautiful decor, and even some authentic vibes during the weekend with some of the best live music I've ever experienced in a restaurant. And, while the ambiance is lovely, the food is the main attraction.
I've eaten in a lot of Lebanese restaurants and I always used to walk away feeling bloated and disappointed with the sub-par quality of the food. Not this time. The spicy potatoes were literally one of the best things I've ever eaten, the meat was succulent and cooked to perfection, the halloumi cheese on its own was amazing, and you can really tell the ingredients in the salads and dips are all fresh and high-quality. And, let's not forget dessert: That baklava was the crispiest, nuttiest baklava I've ever had. And the best part is, it wasn't drowning in honey, so it had a really nice balance between the layers of flavors.
And, for all that you get, the price is right. Just don't wear any tight clothing when you come; it might not make...

Very disappointing experience. We ordered chicken wraps and we couldn’t continue with eating them due to the poor quality of the chicken - there were some raw chicken pieces. We put the wraps aside and continued with the tabouleh. The waiter then came and asked if everything is okay and we then only mentioned that the chicken is not fresh or well cooked and we showed that to him. He asked if we want anything else but we said that we were fine. He insisted on getting us another chicken wrap which was of the same poor quality (the chicken didn’t smell fresh). We said that we are okay and we ordered the bill thereafter. They didn’t discount the price of the chicken wraps and we paid the bill in full and didn’t complain. The shock was when the waiter then came when we were leaving and said that the problem is us and not them because we should check the reviews which are all good. He was extremely rude. Why did they ask if everything is good if they are not willing to...
