Absolutely appalling service.
Went here to pick up my Too Good To Good order having seen good reviews on there. When I arrived, the door was locked and one staff member (guy with dark curly hair) was facing away from the door, cleaning the counters. Knocked about three times but he couldn't hear because he had airpods in, so knocked louder, and he turns around, storms across, opens the door and shoves my order in my hands, shouts "Enjoy!" in a horrible tone, then slams the door shut on me and slams the gate to the counter so hard that you could hear it from outside the cafe. Did my best to stay polite and just say thank you when he gave it to me, but was honestly such an awful experience and left me feeling horrible. (To the manager, if you have security cameras in shop, do have a look back at the footage from around 7:05 to 7:15pm on Thursday 5th of December and see for yourself.)
I work in a cafe that operates Too Good To Go and so I appreciate it can be a bit of extra work to prepare them and give them to customers whilst you close up shop, but as a cafe, don't use TGTG if you're going to do it like this. Such vile behaviour for no good reason. I know you can have bad days as a worker, but that's no excuse to treat customers like rubbish. Don't work in hospitality if you're going to be the opposite...

This cafe will certainly satiate that craving. Had the original flavour. The pasty was thin & flaky. The filling was just the right texture of creaminess & indulgence. Topped it with cinnamon & it was heavenly!
Requested the staff to warm it as it's best when it's hot...was informed thst since it has milk & cream, it can't be reheated. Wondering how it was baked! Didn't want to pursue, I just left. Can't understand why it's difficult to fulfil thst small request. Just minutes after, a whole new tray was out of the oven. Could have just served that one!
A small simple cafe that serves great nata. Certainly the service could be better. There was no warmth or smile from the 3 staff...
Read moreI've seen this place while walking around Camden Town main street. We wanted to try one, and we ended up buying a box! It's under statement to say that are the best Pastel de Nata I've eaten in London. Mouth watering. They have different flavours, served warm. Forgot to take a picture because I ate them too fast, enjoying the moment. I saved 1 for the day after, and it was still nice. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended 👌 EDIT... went back, and it was still heavily nice. This time, I've taken coffee as well, and it's like the proper Italian one. Forget about all other food in Camden Town and save space for a Nata and coffee. You...
