By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of the plastic that we sent to recycling does not actually get recycled. But rather end up in landfills, incinerators, and our oceans.

It is unacceptable for businesses to offer such limited options when it comes to water. The normalization of this reckless consumption of plastic is irresponsible at best. There are plenty of options today with which you could profit, but not pollute.

Aluminum canned water is actually infinitely recyclable. As our glass bottles of water. You could even incentivize customers bringing their own bottles by offering a small discount. This goes for coffee as well.

We didn’t used to live this way, and we can’t afford to keep living this way. Plastics are never the norm, and should instead be the exception.

I recently went to purchase a sandwich for take away marked at £5.49. Upon requesting the sandwich I was asked how I was paying at which point I stated card. I was surprised to find that the price that came up was £6.59. I explained that I wanted to take the sandwich away and therefore wanted the take away price. I was informed there is no take away price and that the sandwich cost £6.49. I was pleased when the member of staff, albeit rather dismissively, removed the price for future cusromers and acceoted that there wouldnt be an apologuy. I left the establishment as i was no longer interested in the price. After purchasing food elsewhere at a more reasonable price, I was surprised to find that the incorrect and misleading price had been returned to the sandwich. Highly disappointing and arguably immoral....

Today I needed a coffee ASAP. It was early in the morning, not even 7 am, and because is the first coffee shop as you go in I didn’t hesitate. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to everything correct? From my side I can say it was a good coffee and quite busy morning. The service from the 2 ladies was impressive that I went and asked for their names. I received consent to use their names in this review. Friendly ladies,Mădălina and Jackie were very fast serving,and even if it was busy both manage to serve everyone without any complaints.
