I had a wonderful early evening meal at Caravan before seeing a show at the O2 (perfect pre show location - just one stop on the tube). Cocktails were great, and the service was good, both outside and then inside. Very welcoming. Food was excellent! Highlights for me were the croquettes which were gorgeous, and I would come back for this dish alone. The cod dumplings were delicious and I could have scoffed more; I didn't get to taste the cornbread because my fellow diners were greedy and ate my portion. For mains I had the Cod with miso (?) Flaky, well cooked fish in a gorgeous sauce. Sadly didn't get to stay as long as I would have liked as we had a show to get to, but I would definitely come back again for a more leisurely meal. The staff were really friendly, new about the menu and made good recommendations. The Manager was really helpful, finding us a seat outside for drinks before we moved inside for dinner, and overall the service was prompt and friendly, the food was hot, swift and tasty and the general atmosphere lively. Finally, the loos were CLEAN and very nice indeed - always the benchmark! Will return.

Absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Let’s talk food — the pizza was nothing short of brilliant. Perfectly blistered crust, rich tomato sauce, and toppings that tasted like they were handpicked in an Italian countryside that morning. Every bite was a little celebration. You can tell the chefs take serious pride in their craft. And the tiramisu? Divine. Creamy, delicate, with just the right balance of espresso and sweetness — it was the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes for a second and just savor. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. But what truly elevated the whole experience was the staff. Attentive without being intrusive, genuinely passionate about the menu, and full of great recommendations. They made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. This is one of those rare places where everything just clicks. We left already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Food was okay. Service... Complete rubbish. Staff needs to be trained to provade, at least, a basic customer service. We stayed outside to have a meal, for the first time in this restaurant. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I started be asking if we could sit outside, so the "waiter" went to ask a colleague, if we could, and took at least 5 minutes to come with an answer. For 3 people, he brought 5 menus but that wasn't an issue. A jug of water was put in the table, all fine until then, and then, the starters came, after we finished them and a bit of a wait the mains came. Not once, we were asked if we wanted something to drink (besides the tap water jug, of course). My daughter was still eating her main and the waiter came to ask if we minded that he cleared the table. I looked at him in disbelief but didn't say anything because I though that maybe he is still young and new in the service so I let it pass by and said that it was okay. I waited for about 20 long minutes to see if he came back because we wanted to finish our meal with the house blend coffee and a cigarette (we were sitting outside, in the first table from the door) so I end up going inside to ask for it, indicating that I was in the first table, inclusively pointing at my daughter and her boyfriend. After 15 more minutes of waiting (this time counted in the phone), the waiter comes with the coffees and gave them to the table next to mine. I waited a bit more, until I got tired of waiting, and then, I went inside, asked for my bill and noticed that they put the coffees in MY BILL. I told the lady that I wasn't going to pay for the coffees because the waiter took them to the wrong table. Instead of saying : -" I'm really sorry for that. Can I bring you your 2 coffees then?". No she only said : -"Okay, I'm sorry." Took them from my bill and charge me for what I had with not one more single word. I honestly don't blame the waiter because he can only do what he's taught to do. But the attitude, the lack of problem solving skills from the more experienced team members, says a lot. And to me that shouted "DON'T COME BACK". And just incase someone thinks that I don't know what I'm talking about, I have over 30 YEARS of experience in hospitality so I actually know what I'm talking about. It's a shame. But the management is the...

I visited for the first time on August 01. Google Maps had sent me to the wrong place three times and I tried to call the site in order to find where they actually were. I was directed to the central reservations team and the person who answered my call recommended that I talk to any of the security around the area for directions as no one from the site was answering her calls.

Upon arrival, I explained this to one of the team at reception who acknowledged my feedback but I couldn't get understand why calls weren't being answered when there were just four tables with people seated at them. Service from the same person at reception was partially attentive, the food was very good but the waiting time was longer than I would've expected. Overall, I'd rate this visit three stars.

Today, on August 08, I returned. Whilst service was great in the beginning, it gradually became less so. After finishing what I had eaten, I managed to grab the attention of one of the floor staff from a distance. I called her over but for some reason she turned away and went outside. Perhaps, she misinterpreted my nod and wave. A few minutes later, I caught the attention of the person who had initially served me and I asked for the dessert menu. After ten minutes of waiting, looking around on several occasions to see not one member of staff, I collected my belongings and approached the bar for my check. The same member of staff walked over to me, asking whether everything was okay, to whom I said I was going to leave. I explained that the service was mediocre during both visits and I would like service charge to be removed. I was presented with a check including service charge and I had to make it clear again that I would not be paying it. From a fellow hospitality worker, I understand completely that service charge contributes to wages. However, it's optional and I believe it should only be paid for proper service. Whilst the food was good once again, I will probably give this place a miss for a while as "sorry" means nothing when being attentive and...

We came here for a Sunday breakfast. The atmosphere and decor is incredible and cannot be faulted. Very casual, cool vibes which is exactly why I chose to book to come here for breakfast. We were greeted straight away and shown to our table immediately. We sat inside in a booth which was very comfortable. I ordered a oat cappuccino and once it got to me it was lukewarm so sent it back and the waitress said it was no problem. Our food arrived and my potato and chorizo hash was lovely. The other diner I was with had the pancakes which had what looked like pistachios on them which was not stated on the menu. Would have been terrible if someone had a nut allergy. The pancakes also looked small. I caught the waitresses attention as I still hadn’t had my coffee after eating and she said she would chase it up. I then waited a further 10 minutes and asked the waitress to bring a black coffee in hopes it would come quicker. It came very delayed after reordering. The waitress assured us it would be taken off the bill. While we were waiting for the bill I saw a waitress use her finger to put Vaseline on her lips and then continue serving people which in my opinion is disgusting. Once the bill came the cappuccino which I never had was still on the bill so had to ask to have it taken off.

The food is good however I would not return due to the wait staff...
