Chef Asia — Restaurant in London

I had worse experience from this restaurant, I have ordered food through just eat they told me that it will take almost 1 hour for delivery I am okay with that then I was waiting for 2 hours the food , then checked the just eat app it was showing food was delivered I tried to call restaurant it was ringing and no one pick up my call then I was kept calling they picked up my call then I have told then this was happened they told me they will check and call me back then I was waited for 20 min no one called me then I called the restaurant again they told me that the deliver boy was contacted you and I didn’t pick up the call I checked my contact details and told them no one was called they won’t agree that it is fine may it was network issue then I requested them to redeliver they told me that I gave to pay extra delivery charge so I told them I will come and collect they agreed that then I walked almost 15 min they collected food they gave me the permission to have food from the restaurant it self myself and my friend have food from restaurant it self they don’t served any plates for us and we asked for two plates one young lady was there we have ordered some food also she served food but no plates then I asked again for plates she said two min we have waited no plates come we almost waited for 45 min fir two plates. I have never ever experienced this type services in my life I also have worked several star hotel this was not the service I have taught from there. I have lost my one day. I ordered a mince meat that was on there glass display , am SURE that they forgot if the food was out dated ot not , as its the resturants job to care for there quality of food and customers well-being , as i got FOOD POISONING from eating there Mince meat that was in there display glass for there customers to see , as i noticed a pulsating headache coming on and i also suffered diarrhoea AFTER leaving the place , i should have gone to the hospital to get myself checked out and have it on RECORD for food poisoning , the service by the female workers in Chef Asia is very immature and childish , one woman i caught out giggling over the phone over a mistake SHE HERSELF MADE and i told the manager could you please fix your female co-workers attitude as i was ordering over the phone for delivery , as it was very irritating , everytime i go to Chef Asia for my favorite selection of food from there menu they always give the stupid boring answer of " oh am sorry sir but that food is out of stock or this food is out of stock " line , then your gonna LOSE CUSTOMERS if you keep telling them that DUH !! , I swear the manager seriously needs a seeing to from the Health Inspectors as this place doesnt seem safe for customers who visit here as i got food poisoning , 1/10 rating for this place , future customers please beware and approach this place with WITH EXTREME CAUTION !! you have...

Ordered 2 lamb biryanis which came on time. However, the smell that cam out of box containers when I opened them was vile. It smelled like they had cooked the food hours and hours ago and just left it room temperature all day…the rice was mushy and lamb also smelled off! I called the Resturant who were reluctant to accept that the rice was off and kept saying we made it fresh…clearly this was a lie as I could smell it was not fresh. Eventually he said he would send another 2 land biryanis to my house and then that took a hour plus to get to us…this was on a Thursday evening so should not be waiting this long for a order that went wrong to be corrected on a weekday! Phoned the Resturant to chase three times in that time and he kept saying driver has left each time and should be close…I advised should not take more than 10 mins to get to my house from Resturant to which he didn’t say much just I’m sorry for your inconvenience in the most mundane and not bothered tone. Food came eventually and asked if they were from Resturant which he advised yes. Asked him to smell the food and he said initially that is just the gravy smell…asked why the new one he gave me don’t smell like that then?
