Terrible experience — the woman who served us (around 6pm) was extremely rude from the start. She rushed us while we were deciding, rolled her eyes multiple times, and spoke to us with clear annoyance. After bringing the drinks, she practically threw them on the table and said we should “just decide” who gets what. To top it off, the orange juice had a mosquito in it. We didn’t argue — we just left....

The WORST coffee ever. I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. Romford needs a good independent coffee shop because these places aren’t it!!!! The good reviews must have been written by friends and family. The vibe inside is totally off- groups of men all leering and staring and speaking in a language you can’t understand as they look you up and down. Really...
