Truly Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning
I rarely write reviews online, but I felt it was necessary in this case because this café is incredibly mid, and there are far better options out there. After giving it multiple chances, I can confidently say I won’t be coming back.
If you plan to work here, don’t bother—there’s no WiFi, so you’re relying entirely on your phone signal. I could overlook that if the service and drinks were great, but unfortunately, neither are.
On my first visit, my order was completely forgotten. I waited far too long, had to speak up, and when they finally remembered, there wasn’t even an apology. I thought maybe I was being too harsh, so I gave them another chance. That turned out to be a mistake.
During my second visit, I ordered an iced ube matcha latte with oat milk (as I avoid dairy). While waiting, I noticed they mixed cow’s milk with the oat milk. Thankfully, I’m not allergic, but for someone who is, that could have been dangerous. The drink itself was nothing special.
Against my better judgment, I stopped by a third time because I was running late for work and needed caffeine. I ordered an iced blueberry matcha latte (I don’t drink hot drinks at all). A new staff member struggled with the till, which happens, but the other staff were in no rush to help despite the café not being busy. When my drink was finally made, it was hot. When I reminded them I specifically said iced, I was met with a dismissive response, as if I was the one who had gotten it wrong. Only after discussing with a colleague did they admit the mistake and remake it—still without an apology.
The drinks are mediocre, the service is slow and careless, and there’s no accountability when mistakes happen. I’m not a picky person, but this café has let me down every single time. I’d rather be late and go to another coffee shop than spend...

However, today I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed I had ordered and was waiting to pay, normally I’d receive excellent customer service. But the lady who was taking my order had the nastiest attitude I had ever seen, I had to repeat myself 4 times for her to understand that I wanted to pay by cash and card. Clearly english wasn’t her first language and she continuously shrugged her shoulders which was extremely rude. Her customer service was appalling I’m sure she wouldn’t like to be served the way she had served me so why treat someone the way you wouldn’t want to be treated. I am very dissatisfied with this incident, I had went back to the shop to complain about this issue but no one seemed to help me and they treated this issue as it was nothing instead they made me feel like I was at fault so much for the customer is always right.
