Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I tend to come here at the end of the week after accumulating my points(beans) and get my free coffee but yesterday just done coming here and don't care for the point system anymore. The bleach blonde haired girl working fri afternoon looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for more coffee in my latte. Costa have on numerous occasions not got the ratio right with lattees and always end up with a cup of milk as other customers have detailed here. So this time I kindly asked for more and got to the platform tasted it and she had added filter coffee of some kind, not a shot of espresso. It was so vile I threw it away in the platform bin. Seems like across the board these staff need extra training judging by the reviews so it's down to bad management but given her reaction and as if I was asking something horrendous she needs some serious training in common decency especially in customer service. Arash is the name of the barista that was very rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. I complained to the manager and he was worst. I asked for his name , he wound not give it to me. I know he is a Romanian guy, in fact they both are. It feels like it’s their private place and they chose who gets a coffee and service and who doesn’t. Purchased a cappuccino this morning, sat on the tube looking forward to my first sip then realised they had omitted to add the coffee; I was sold a cup of hot milk!

Took it to work and brought it back again, hoping to get a refund No one could help as the only member of staff was locked out and couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait. She kindly offered me a free coffee if I go back later, to be honest I just want a refund and won't bother buying there again.
