Coupette in Bethnal Green is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the incredible playlist filled with killer tunes and Brit rock, setting the perfect mood for a great night out. The sick decor and cool atmosphere added to the overall experience.

One thing that really stood out to me was their very creative menu. The intuitive way they displayed the flavors made it easy to choose the perfect cocktail. I also love that they collaborate with local street artists, giving the place an authentic and unique vibe.

The waiters at Coupette were not only friendly but also super attentive. Aki, our server, was fantastic! He was always around, checking on us and making sure we were having a great time.

The drinks at Coupette were top-notch. They came out extremely quickly, which was impressive. The Blossom martini, served in a lovely glass, was sweet with a perfect hint of vermouth. The L'Imperatrice was intriguing, and the Tequila Sunrise Spritz was my absolute favorite. The mandarin flavor complemented the tequila so well. I highly recommend the Boire tout on a summery day - the basil and elderflower combination is a refreshing delight.

If i could give more stars I would! Hands down the best cocktail bar in Bethnal Green! Service is friendly and accommodating. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. Toilets are to the right at the back. They have a piano with live music every Mon-Thursday. Cocktails/mocktails are made in front of you (if you are sitting at the bar) to perfection. On Sundays they have weekly limited cocktail creations around a theme fir the next few weeks. 🍸🍹The team is also happy to create any cocktail to order. ❤️My absolute favourite in the area, highly recommended.

We popped in for a few after work cocktails and mocktails. It's by far my favorite place in Bethnal Green. The service, the ambiance and the drinks are perfect! It's a moody, speak-easy-ish cocktail bar in the middle of Bethnal Green under an assumed sign that is easy to miss if you dont know it's there. For dates they have cute tables at the back, for friend catch ups and chatterboxes you can sit at the bar. Sometimes they have live music on the weekend. Absolute must if you are looking for a cool, stylish place in the area. It's a short walk from Bethnal green station, Brick lane or Columbia...

The atmosphere is nice and the service is great. They're not intrusive while being useful and polite. The signature cocktail is amazing (champaign pina colada), however that's where the fun ends.

Given it's a bar first, I expected the other drinks to be better, I asked for a mai tai and while it didn't taste bad, what they provided was a very different taste to what I'd come to expect.

The food is highly priced compared to alternative venues (think £7 for fries) with small portions and just didn't taste great. The wagu burger had been overcooked severely, the duck tacos tasted like they'd taken the insides from a pret wrap and put it in what resembled but wasn't a taco shell. The spinach and mushroom crepe while tasting good was presented as three extremly small bites which left us bemused.

All in all the cocktail (no pun intended) of small portion sizes, mid quality food and higher than usual prices let this place down, despite the good atmosphere and service. Id come back for the signature drink which was a delight.
