Crust Bros Pizza Earl’s Court — Restaurant in London

Tonight I tried their margherita pizza take away again, after a few years of not coming because, depite the really good ingredients (I m from Napoli) after seen several changes of pizza makers and seeing the quality level getting down, the last one used to barely put any tomato sauce (just a tiny bit). So, the current pizza makers do a decent job as the ingredients are still good, and the amount of mozzarella is right, but there could have been a bit more tomato sauce. To prevent this issue, I even told the guy at the register my story and asked him to make sure they put more sauce than usual. Firstly, the location is incorrect. Access to Crust Bros is by a large bar which serves their pizzas (eventually) and plays very loud music, even on a Saturday lunchtime. The staff had clearly been trained to be as cheerless and disinterested as possible to their customers. The gate to the disabled access ramp was closed and we had to open it ourselves. Of our party of 6 one ordered a burger, which arrived within 10 minutes and was fine. The remainder waited 30 minutes more for our pizzas which were served in boxes with no cutlery, napkins, salt or pepper. They had a private event going on but they were still open to other customers in the smaller reception area. The waitress told us we wouldn't be able to order drinks because of the event but could still order and agreed to give us tap water after some consideration. After a few minutes, we asked to wash our hands before eating and were denied entry to the loo on account of the event. They should have simply been closed to other customers and told us they were only open for takeaway....
