Service on the night from some members of the staff really tarnished the open moments of the occasion. No suggestion that drinks downstairs are not included on the private room spend and therefore we should have told all guests to ask the bar downstairs to receipt it upstairs. When called to make payment, we were presented with estimated expenditure on the night and no breakdown of costs so therefore our deposit was being taken due to meeting the minimum spend. Blamed over the phone for not knowing to pass all payments made downstairs to the upstairs tab yet someone members of staff were happy to bring expensive drinks purchases up from the downstairs bar to facilitate those orders. When asking for the breakdown we were told, you must settle the amount spoken over the phone and can claim any amount back in the future but we must make payment now but the staff member on the phone showed zero consideration to the amount we were made to purchase downstairs because it suited their narrative to receive a payment over the phone and claim back at a later date. Demanding guests to leave immediately, no pre-warning and telling guest to just leave repeatedly despite everyone simply saying bye to one another unfortunately meant the party of 30+ would not go to back to this venue as that’s the...

This pub is truly a gem just around the corner from our home, and my boyfriend and I absolutely love coming here. The food is simply outstanding – without a doubt the best in the area – and the atmosphere is always so welcoming.

What really makes it special is the staff. They are beyond incredible, always treating us with such kindness and genuine warmth that we feel like part of the family every time we walk in. A special mention to Amy, who we’ll miss dearly as she heads back to Australia, but truly, every single member of the team is amazing.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough – it’s our happy spot, and we’re so grateful to have it so...

Ir's OK. It's a pub that's trying to be a restaurant. So, look at the place. It looks great. It looks like a nice pub. I want to buy a drink at the bar and sit down an decide what/if I want to eat. I don't need a Maitre D type character recommending what to drink and telling me someone will take my order in a minute. They weren't slow, but when I walk into a pub, primarily I want a drink, pretty much straight away.

Despite other reviews by people with plenty if money, £7 for a salad isn't cheap. In fact that's the minimum. I'm having a very average burger for about £14. I think that's...

We just had our wedding reception in the beautiful private function rooms upstairs at The Atlas and it was absolutely perfect! Colby, Amy and Erin were so kind, helpful, accommodating and reassuring with the planning. We had the best time and our guests enjoyed themselves so much. The food was delicious — so much so that a few guests visiting from overseas went back the following night for dinner. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier or enjoyed our night more. Thank you so much!

Nice pub a short walk from West Brompton Station. Very friendly staff. Medium size inside but has a good sized garden with additional tables. Gastro pub menu has a reasonable choice and prices are not excessive for the area. Offer a Sunday lunch menu. 2x function rooms. 10 minute walk to Chelsea FC. I visited on a match day and a number of tables had been booked. I enjoyed my visit and the pints of Guinness and I will be returning.

What a lovely place, nice service and good food. The outdoor patio is amazing and perfect for a hot summer. 4 starts only as I saw someone tried to pay for a drink in cash and the bartender said to him that they don’t have change for Ā£10 and I found that not really acceptable for such an establishment. I would go and get change from The near by newsagent so serve the customer.
