I arrived at the branch and the 2 ladies were on the phone, I patiently waited for almost 5 mins, even when another man came, answered the 3rd phone that started ringing, took the order and left. Then another client came, and one of the ladies put down her phone and welcome them, offering to take their order, and she had not even acknowledged me with some eye contact. I interrupted and told them I was there first. They apologized and helped me with my questions (even though the deal I had found online was not available and I ended up ordering online). My mistake was then that I entered my post code and did not notice that it gave me a different branch. I never realized that straight away. I was at the Docklands and ordered for the Wapping Afterwards, when I saw that my pizza was ready on the app, I went to the counter and enquired about it. The lady checked and came back to tell me that it was ready and being boxed. I waited another 5 mins, while other customers that arrived much later than me got their orders, and checked another 2 times. Past maybe 45 mins of my order online, I asked to see the manager, who only explained that they run out of large boxes and when I insisted that mine would have being ready for a long time, we found out that I made that mistake. I called the Wapping branch and after a few tries, as they were hanging up after answering the phone, I spoke to someone who told me they would refund my credit card. I ordered at the counter and waited another "20 mins" for my pizza. I was disappointed initially by the way I was welcomed (or not welcomed). Then after I having made a mistake with ordering at the wrong branch, I enquired over 3 times and was told every time that my pizza was being boxed and then that they ran out of boxes... And I could never address the issue of being at the wrong place, as they never really found out that they didn't even...
Read moreExtremely POOR and BAD customer service and delivery. I ordered a "Teenage Cancer Trust Charity Deal" at 10.38pm on saturday. I thought would be a quick order to be delivered to my office (in canary wharf). As I usually do, I followed the steps with Dom (the online update bot). After some time, I could see Dom saying the delivery was on its way, ETA in 6mins. I started checking my phone, expecting to receive a call as requested in my order. After 10mins, nothing Dom closed the updates saying my pizza was delivered. I decide to go down in the lobby and ask the security guy. No one showed up. I then call Dominos. The person on the phone said the driver was on his way, arriving in 5mins. I thought Dom was wrong and started waiting. 20mins after still nothing. I call again and got someone telling me with a very condescending tone I should wait because saturdays are usually busy. I just asked for an exact ETA since the driver was supposed to be on his way but got as only answer to wait. Another 30mins later, I was extremely annoyed and called a 3rd time. This time I got a more polite person telling me the driver came back long time ago arguing the person he got on the phone when he arrived on the delivery place told him he already received his order. I was staggered by the nonsense since I was on the phone asking for my delivery and had already called 3 times now. Of course, no one thought useful to let me know the driver was back even when they checked my phone number each time I called. I could clearly understand the driver mixed up with phone number but again no one admit it or even apologize for that up to that point. This was too much for me and just cancelled the order. Read moreThe worst customer service I've ever had, I placed an order on Uber eats, The order was late so I rang the store to try and get an update, The order was placed by someone else for me and didn't have the phone number to confirm the order, I said I would get the number one minute, She put the phone down on me and ignored me after i called over and over again for 40 minutes,
She finally picked up and said the order would be another 20 minutes, I asked her why she put the phone down on me in the first place and she said they are short staffed and couldn't pick up, Which I can understand, I explained to her that wasn't what asking, I asked why she put it down, she Ignored me and said She already answered my question and put it down on me again.
She was very condescending and rude to me for no apparent reason. I will never be ordering from this Dominos ever again, also after reading the reviews this place clearly had this type of rude behaviour for awhile now and clearly nothing has been done to try and sort it.

I rang back after it not arriving after 20 minutes, A man picked up this time and i asked for an update on my order, all he needed was an address, there was no need for a number in the first place, I explained to him what happened and he apologised to me for the way she spoke to me and explained she is new and he will be having words with her, I don't know how true this is but atleast he was nice to me,
