Domino's Pizza - London - Foley Street — Restaurant in London

To summarise: under cooked, messed order twice, dough is overproofed!!! Avoid ordering form this branch !!

Food: you can tell there a issue with the fundamentals when the dough has a massive bubble forming in middle of the pizza. after googling it’s a sign of over proofing which is concerning because this is supposed to be a franchise and consistency is key so there’s something going wrong in kitchen. We found our pizza under cooked which made it felt like it was being rushed to meet some kind of a deadline instead of maybe being a bit late but delivering a well-made pizza instead of it being droopy….

The first time we ordered, they got our sides wrong and gave us a weird Nutella pizza hybrid, even though we ordered pepperoni twisted balls . Barry mine we ordered our pizza from the app!!

the staff were kind and they’re willing to correct their mistakes however is not something you want to do...

Order placed of 3 large pizza (pepperoni passion, meat field and might meaty with Coke Zero 500ml, Diet Coke 500ml The pizza’s turned up we’re wrong 2 large and 1 medium with the wrong toppings on them. I called the branch and the managed demand I explain what was wrong saying he personally made the pizza and they were right. I said a pepperoni passion doesn’t come with olives and mushrooms plus it was ordered as a large and a medium turned up. He then said he will send the driver to come and collect and remake the orders. He was extremely rude! I work in hospitality for a hotel/restaurant company. If I found out one of my employers I would sack them it was disgusting behaviour! We are now 30 minutes later still waiting for new pizza’s made correctly. Having had a long day we didn't fancy going out to eat, so decided to order a Domino's Pizza from their App.

We were staying at the Premier Inn, near great portland palace and requested it be delivered there.

The food arrived in good time, whilst we were waiting in the reception area the driver called to say he had arrived. He was polite and handed over our order.

As can be seen from the one photo, the food was so amazing we did not get round to taking photos.. (sorry for the half eaten pic)

We ordered and thoroughly enjoyed a Meateor Pizza, Pepperoni Doughballs...
