I must write this comment in sadness because of the growing rudeness of the lady who might be the owner of this shop. I used to like this place because of its cozy design and all the Jellycat lines that might not be available elsewhere (now less tho). Although the price is slightly higher, and this lady is sometime less-welcoming. I am very saddened today because of the extremely rude service she provided to my friend. Talking in an extremely sarcastic and passive aggressive way. Two years ago she was nice and polite, but now she is acting like a spoiled child - the service was gone. Therefore, I decided to write this comment in grief as one of my favourite places in London is now a place I will never visit again. The social media praise that was received because of Jellycat was credited to the wrong person regrettably. This is no longer a sole incident and becomes more and more frequent. The lovely coffee shops and restaurants around make it feel even...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from whom I presume was the owner of the shop. I had travelled a long way to come specifically to buy a Jellycat. As soon as I stepped into the shop she was instantly disgustingly rude. She raised her voice and told us to leave (in a condescending manner) as there was a limited number of people allowed. There was no obvious sign displaying this fact. I walked away and decided I was not giving this women my money!! I really wouldn’t recommend giving this place a visit, however I would recommend visiting “scribbler” a shop down the road- they had a great selection and the staff were actually welcoming 🤣. I suggest that the owner improves her customer service as she will just push her...
