I must write this comment in sadness because of the growing rudeness of the lady who might be the owner of this shop. I used to like this place because of its cozy design and all the Jellycat lines that might not be available elsewhere (now less tho). Although the price is slightly higher, and this lady is sometime less-welcoming. I am very saddened today because of the extremely rude service she provided to my friend. Talking in an extremely sarcastic and passive aggressive way. Two years ago she was nice and polite, but now she is acting like a spoiled child - the service was gone. Therefore, I decided to write this comment in grief as one of my favourite places in London is now a place I will never visit again. The social media praise that was received because of Jellycat was credited to the wrong person regrettably. This is no longer a sole incident and becomes more and more frequent. People should be aware that a good reputation takes effort and time to maintain - and now it is gone. 2 stars for a good memory, otherwise I wouldn’t even give...

This lovely baby and child gift shop is the kind of place that makes Fitzrovia special. The kind and friendly owner has run it for ages...I remember shopping there for friends babies over 12 years ago and I just shopped there again for my brother's upcoming child.

The stuff in the shop makes lovely presents because it's not the usual cookie-cutter baby stuff you can get anywhere, so it makes it that bit more special - their muslin cloths for babies, little socks, cuddly toys, babygrows are soft and unique. It's great to see independent shops like these that are individual and aspirational, run by a person who has an eye for lovely child and baby gifts, without the corporate, commoditised feel of large tired brands. The lovely coffee shops and restaurants around make it feel even...

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from whom I presume was the owner of the shop. I had travelled a long way to come specifically to buy a Jellycat. As soon as I stepped into the shop she was instantly disgustingly rude. She raised her voice and told us to leave (in a condescending manner) as there was a limited number of people allowed. There was no obvious sign displaying this fact. I walked away and decided I was not giving this women my money!! I really wouldn’t recommend giving this place a visit, however I would recommend visiting “scribbler” a shop down the road- they had a great selection and the staff were actually welcoming 🤣. I suggest that the owner improves her customer service as she will just push her...

This shop is so sweet. I wanted to buy everything, LOL. Its a very old shop and it has a lot of history. The lovely seller told us a little bit of the shops history. I wish London would market and protect more the local ships. London has changed a lot and the authentic British shops must be supported. The owner/Seller was so sweet and nice. She knew each item in the shop and explained about each item, where it came from and which factory that made me more appreciative. The shop has a lot of cute local items made in Britain. I bought a dinosaur head 🦖 for my nephew and a cute plush croissant 🥐 for myself. It’s very very soft. Please go and support London local shops 🌺🙏🏼

Maybe the cutest place on earth! So many cute jellycat inside. Prices are the best as they are direct from jellycat. The staff said they get different things in small batches every day so pop in and you will for sure find something unique and of course, super cute. Great souvenirs from London! Somewhat of a inconvenient location as I tried to go back again but it's just out of the way of the main sightseeing area. Harrods seems to have more bigger jellycat and a little overlap but I was glad I went to both.

Extremely disappointed in their lack of communication with their customers. I came to the shop yesterday , after walking over 30mins from my office to buy some items , I checked the opening times specifically before leaving on Maps and Instagram, nothing was mentioned about early or store closure. I wasted my time completely travelling here for no reason following the fake reviews. Only when I turned up infront of the closed store their was a little sign.
