I have had such a wonderful experience here and really wanted to share it. The space itself is beautiful — calm, elegant, and genuinely relaxing. It’s the kind of place you want to take time out of your day to come to, which already sets the tone for the treatment.

I had the Hydrafacial along with a Skin Consultation with Skin Mapping, and what really stood out to me was how personalised and thoughtful the whole process was — everything was specific to my skin, my concerns, and what would genuinely benefit me.

But what made this experience exceptional was Charlotte. She has been truly amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares. I’ve already recommended her to a couple of people, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her.

During my consultation, I asked whether I would get a write-up of the analysis. Charlotte actually took time out of her own free time after the appointment to send me a detailed summary, along with product recommendations tailored to what we found. She’s very honest and doesn’t push anything you don’t need — which I really appreciated. For the first time, I feel confident that the products I’m going to try are actually specific to my skin’s needs.

For example, I knew I had some pigmentation concerns, but I only learned through her that I actually have two different types of pigmentation, each needing to be approached differently — something no other skincare place has ever explained to me. She clearly explained the reasoning behind each recommendation, how to introduce new products gradually, how frequently I should use them and how to layer them.

She has essentially given me a personalised action plan and has been so open and supportive with any questions I’ve had, never hesitating to give me more advice and clarity. I honestly could not thank her enough — she’s made me feel genuinely excited about starting a skincare journey that actually feels informed, personal, and right for me.

Really great facial from Charlotte for the Signature Custom Facial with Skin Analysis and the Luxe serum option. This facial place has only been open for three months but it's likely going to be my new go to place, having been a regular of another popular facial clinic for many years now! I found this place on IG via an ad and was so glad to see a place specialising in East Asian skin with the latest technology to boot.

The skin analysis was super enlightening for me and Charlotte was very knowledgeable about different treatment options, the components of each product recommended on the skin and truly tailored my treatment and wasn't pushy about recommending certain treatments (LED was mentioned but she didn't push me on this): I've truly never had such a detailed explanation at any clinic before so I was already impressed. I requested blackheads as a priority despite not being a major concern and Charlotte did an amazing job at clearing them, honestly one of the best any facialist has done, as well as removing some milia! That being said, there was no compromise on the relaxation element either during the treatment.

Other nice touches were you can request the firmness level and the massages were on par with the good massage places I've been to, the complimentary tea/coffee + snacks. Bonus points also for the manager (?) for being so knowledgeable about treatment options too. Very soon after the treatment, I received a detailed plan. Very pleased with LAPO and my skin is feeling super smooth and clean. I feel I can trust them...

I had such an amazing experience at Lapo today! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I had a microneedling session with Charlotte, and I can confidently say it was the best one I’ve ever had.

Charlotte was absolutely lovely, incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and so professional. She took the time to explain everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her calm and friendly approach really helped me relax, and I felt like I was in the best hands throughout the whole session.

One thing I truly appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy expensive products. Charlotte actually recommended something more affordable that would still really benefit my skincare routine, and that kind of honesty and integrity really stood out to me. It shows they genuinely care about results, not just sales.

Not only was the treatment itself amazing, but the overall atmosphere at Lapo is also so clean, calming, and beautifully put together. You can tell they really care about every detail.
