The most inefficient and not customer friendly at all. Please avoid using this Dominos. Based on my numerous bad experiences, I am leaving this review. A few times, extra toppings were missed (I was charged for the toppings but pizza didn’t contain them), after calling the centre to report it, there was no any apologetic response from the team and all they said was, they’ll let the team know (no refund or anything). Another time, it was more than 1.5 hour and when I called to check the status, I was told to wait until however long it takes to receive the pizza. To add to that I received a half baked pizza after 1 hour 40 mins. Ridiculous service. #worstcustomerexperience

This place is garbage. I ordered two pizzas. 40 minutes later, my pizzas arrive and one is burnt. I called up and they say they'll send a replacement. 45 minutes later there's still no pizza. I call up and they said the replacement order was never processed, but they'll have a pizza to me in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later and still no pizza. I call up again, and they say the pizza is on it's way. It's two hours now since I placed my original order and all I have is a cold, burnt pizza. I ask for a refund. 25 minutes later, another burnt pizza arrives at my door... What an absolute joke.

Ordered from this store one for the first time and had awful experience. First they sent me the wrong order. I immediately called the store. The lady I spoke to said she can't do anything and they are busy so can't send me the correct order. Then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for refund. She said she would get back once the Manager is back. It's been more than 12 hours and I haven't heard back. They are least bothered by customer experience. #don'torderfromhere #terriblebranch #worstcustomerexperience

Not surprised now seeing other reviews. Pizzas arrived in good time but one of them was over cooked (cheese was burned and pizza dry). And the other looks like it was cut by a child having a laugh. Called the store to be greeting with a slightly sarky Manager I can only guess who when I explained the situation suggested he could only replace like for like and not send out something different (don’t really fancy risking the same again after it’s gone through the apparent ‘Quality Check’. Shambles really. Explains the other reviews and Dominos should take notice and do something about it. I.e Sack the idiot who thinks he knows good customer service and actually enforce ‘quality control’. To let this leave the door is a disgrace to your brand....

Ordered a large sized pizza at the beginning of 2024 and they give me a middle sized one. It's a delivery order so I didn't check it after go back home and it's obviously small as I ordered one large sized pizza not long ago at that time. Diameter is around 24cm and really disappointed my new year. Just ordered same thing these days and the diameter of the pizza is 30cm. I can understand it's made by hand so if it's just 1-2 cm difference it's acceptable but 24cm is insane. If you wanna order make sure to check what you have ordered immediately when you get the food. And called staff once they are irresponsible and helpless. Will order domino's pizza in the future but not...
