Establishment Coffee — Restaurant in London

I’ve been getting coffee here for a long time every time I’m in the office. It has consistently been really good, but today morning (around 8:40) I had the most terrible coffee I’ve ever had in speciality coffee shops, made by someone who seemed like a new barista, who also got the order wrong, I ordered oat flat white but it tasted like milk. I’m lactose intolerant so that’s completely not ok, it all went into the bin and I had to buy another coffee from somewhere else. Used to be good, now a place to be avoided. Yesterday, I bought 2 drinks and was overcharged. Initially I noticed that the lady's face, when charging me, was giving away something. I didn't understand why, but likely she either realized she made a mistake, or she did that on purpose. Only later after I had left, I noticed in my mobile phone alert I was charged £12, rather than £6 Now, it would be less forgiving if the coffee was great, instead, the flat white was weak, watery and managed to be worse than coffee from awful places like Starbucks. I’ve always loved getting my coffee from this shop every time I come to London but that is likely to change after my experience today. I was waiting for my coffee (which was great as usual) when two gentlemen asked politely if they make Spanish latte (the coffee shop doesn’t). Instead of offering something else, they chuckled and said ‘what’s that? no there’s only English lattes’ and that it was clearly not on the menu board.
