I would not recommend spending time or money here. I wanted to really like this place as it had come recommended to me, but unfortunately it was a huge let-down in pretty much every way. The food and service was pitifully bad, and the place itself exuded the 'instagrammable look' but upon a closer look, reeked of artificiality and poor atmosphere, right down to the decorations, management and upkeep of the space. Do not let the pretty pictures fool you!

I had arranged a booking with a member of events staff, Kahin, who I cannot fault for their kind and caring demeanour, but unfortunately the system had double-booked my group with other reservations which meant when we arrived for brunch, there was no room for us. I politely enquired about this with the another member of staff and unfortunately was treated quite poorly by them. They refused to acknowledge the issue and kept saying that my booking was not on the system and proved very unwilling to help. I asked if they could contact the member of staff I had organised the booking with, and they said no. I explained I would try calling them then, since I had their phone number from when I booked - then suddenly the member of staff decided they could actually call (???).

Bless Kahin, they came all the way from another branch to try and help with the issue and apologise for the mishap, which is 10 times more than the other members of staff on duty did. My group were treated quite awkwardly by all other staff members, who ignored us for over half an hour despite saying they would take our orders for drinks.

When things were finally a bit more settled and they had jumbled some tiny tables together, it took ages to place a food order. When nearly everyone had received their food, my partner was told that they did not have the gluten free food that he had ordered, which was ridiculous timing. He had to place a new order whilst everyone was eating. When my food came, it was I think the worst food I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered eggs benedict with pulled beef. The entire thing was pathetically small, it was cold, the eggs and yolks were completely hard and overcooked, and the beef was just chewy hard fat with a sliver of meat. I had similar complaints about the quality of food and drink from others in my group too, all of which by the way, is OBNOXIOUSLY overpriced, even by London standards!

Aside from Kahin, this experience was abysmal, and it feels important to let people know. The hype and the aesthetic of this place is nothing short of a scam and it was one of the most depressing outings I have ever...

Very disappointed with the services we received. Date 17.07.24 Order: 3 deserts, 1 cocktail, 1 latte with half a shot, 1 late extra shot, 2 babycinno. I took a great friend with her family from USA who wanted to have a good time and myself who I am pregnant. They forgot two of our deserts which I had to remind them. We ordered cold babycino , we received warm. Mine came with 2 shots of coffee and I had to ask them again to be changed to half shot. Went to the till to pay, charged for babycinno at full price which I never been charged in other Caffè. Charged for the extra shot off coffee but not discounted for the latte with half a shot. When I asked the man who served us was defensive towards it. Informed him if I requested less coffee basically you putting my shot of coffee to my friends latte. He would understand me and still wanted me to be charged. Asked to speak with the manager. Informed that he was in. At then end asked for the name of the person and declined to give his name. Not wearing a badge and couldn't get his name. Wearing a black polo shirt and wearing eye glasses. The toilet was not clean and unable to change nappy for my toddler.Very disappointed 😞. I will never go back to the place. It's a shame the place is beautifully decorated and with relaxing seats. My experience was incomplete due to...

I came here 2 years ago and absolutely loved it, I wanted to bring my family of 3 this time round and was really really disappointed. I ordered an English muffin avocado rose where the avocado didn’t look like a rose - very deceiving on Instagram and the bread was not toasted. I really struggled swallowing it and would not recommend. My brother got the full English which is absolutely not worth £19 - the portion of beans were 2 tablespoons and the mushroom spices were raw making it harsh to the throat. I’m addicted to cardamom and thought I’d try the cardamom saffron hot choc - it was disgusting. It tasted like a curry broth mixed with chocolate. I asked the waiter to change it for the salted caramel which I recommend - all lattes came beautifully decorated but I can’t justify paying £7.50 for it.

Over all I spent over £100 and was forced to pay service charge because he traded my drink without additional charge. The atmosphere is instagramable, staff were average I was told there’s been new staff and chefs but wouldn’t say they knew their menu, one was unsure and in the end we were dealt with 1 staff member who thought he deserved service charge. Standards have dropped, food was way below average and I regret going across London Town for this breakfast which wasn’t even worth £110...

We found this café over tik tok. We booked a table over google für 10am, but decided that we would like to go earlier so we just joined the line for their opening at 9.30am. We were allowed to go in earlier which was nice. The other two groups still had to wait a few minutes as they believed in what the website says „Walk in only“ - make it make sense. The look of the café is great but it seems that you are paying for their Tik Tok fame as the food was just about average. Nothing special, just presented nicely. The waitress was a very confused person. Service was also only average. Above the toilet, they stacked a mountain of toilet paper and cleaning supplies which was a little odd looking but of course no issue, just gives of a strange vibe compared to the looks of the café itself. There is a large thick curtain opposite of the restroom and my friend is a very curious person and looked behind it. We were shocked by what we saw. I am going to say, the curtains has its purpose and if we had seen that before we would have left immediately. I will add a picture of what we saw to this review. All in all, I would recommend to save the money and just grab a coffee and a sandwich at Pret.

Very pretty and aesthetic-driven café!! The seating and decor is beautiful as are the cakes and desserts they had on display. As we arrived later on in the day (around 8pm) it was quite busy but not as much as you’d expect during peak times. The menu was limited but nice-looking with a very clear Arab touch in terms of the types of drinks and ingredients. Originally, I had wanted the Oreo milkshake, but the waiter said they had ran out. Then I selected the raspberry lemonade and was told they’d also ran out of that. I assume this is because they had such a busy day due to the 50% off plan, but it was still a bit impractical. Either way, my friend and I settled on a Vanilla Iced Coffee and my other friend got the lychee cooler and a chocolate mousse cake. The iced coffee was nothing special but still good, and I tried a bit of the cake and found it very rich, velvety and delicious. I regret the fact that I didn’t take many pictures because the venue is so gorgeous. I recommend that people go here on a less busy day and order a dessert/food.

We went to have a brunch with my boyfriend. I chose the “Signature Greek-style pancakes. It was delicious and wasn’t too sweet. It was just way too much for me to eat at once so I ended up eating only 1/3 of the pancake. It do be looking like a person could finish the whole plate by yourself but it wasn’t the case, at least not on my time. Next time I would definitely share it with at least 2-3 person. My boyfriend took the “Cookies N Biscoff”, it’s normally a waffle but he asked to have it as a pancake and they agreed. We also ordered halal bacon and they totally forgot to bring it. Even when they did it was just so tiny cup that only had 2 little slices of bacon and it cost 3.5£. Not the most expensive option but it was still a bit too overpriced. The waitress did apologise that they had forgotten the bacon. We also shared one cooler “Candy land” and it was okay, been drinking better drinks but not the worst. Would try something else next time.
