Five Guys Burgers and Fries King's Road — Restaurant in London

A relatively small branch of the rapidly expanding Five Guys operation. Which is just as well as this is a clinical yet extremely noisy environment, and not that efficient. On my previous visit they "mislaid" my order, and served a large number of later motorbike orders whilst I stood there for nearly 25 minutes. They offered to refund me, by which time the tills were swamped. However speedy the service may be for you, the burger "patties" will probably be slightly burnt, as they are extremely thin. The bacon topping will certainly be burnt to a crisp. I think that MacDonalds is a more reliable experience, considering that a Quarter Pounder with cheese is about a third of the price. Wife was staying at kingscross London and visited the 5 guys there. Ordered a large burger and fries but when placing her order they said that payment hadn't gone through. Before trying again my wife decided that she'd actually prefer the standard burger and fries so they tried to take payment for this order I stead which was successful. Later when back home she checked her bank account and noticed that both payments had been taken. I've emailed them but absolutely no response. Disgusting customer service and fraudulently taking 2 payments for one order. Will never step foot in another...

This it's my favorite five guys to the all city This place is wonderful not only for its food but also for its service, which is always fast and charming. On my last vacation visit, which I went a few days ago, I was served by a girl named Genesis who advised me to have a new shake with my burgers. which were incredible along with your suggestion of that smoothie which I had not had the opportunity to try. I cannot give it more stars but I would give it all the possible ones not only for Genesis but for the whole set. I will gladly return once again...
