I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Gypsy Queen Pub during my trip to London, and it truly left me enchanted. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was captivated by the warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere.

The Gypsy Queen Pub's interior is beautifully designed, blending contemporary elements with a touch of old-world charm. The cozy seating areas, adorned with vintage memorabilia, create an atmosphere that is both nostalgic and welcoming. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the vibrant city.

The staff at The Gypsy Queen Pub deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. Whether it was recommending a delicious craft beer or providing insights into the local area, their knowledge and passion were evident.

Speaking of craft beer, The Gypsy Queen Pub boasts an impressive selection of brews. From classic ales to unique and innovative flavors, there's something to suit every palate. The bartenders are true connoisseurs, ready to guide you through their offerings and help you discover new favorites.

The food at The Gypsy Queen Pub was equally delightful. I indulged in some traditional British pub fare, and each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The menu showcased a range of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, ensuring that everyone's dietary preferences are catered to.

One of the highlights of my visit was the live entertainment at The Gypsy Queen Pub. The pub frequently hosts talented musicians and performers, adding an extra layer of excitement and energy to the experience. The lively atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy great music while sipping on a refreshing beverage made for an unforgettable night.

Finally, the location of The Gypsy Queen Pub is fantastic. Situated in the heart of London, it offers easy access to many popular attractions and landmarks. Whether you're a local looking for a charming neighborhood spot or a tourist seeking an authentic pub experience, The Gypsy Queen Pub should be on your list.

In conclusion, I highly recommend The Gypsy Queen Pub to anyone looking for an exceptional pub experience in London. With its inviting ambiance, outstanding service, fantastic beer selection, delicious food, and lively entertainment, it truly stands out as a gem in the city's pub scene. I can't wait to return on my next...

🚇 Belsize Park đŸș £6.00 Pillars Helles

The Gipsy Queen is located on the border between Kentish Town, Belsize Park and Gospel Oak in North London. The nearest Tube is Belsize Park.

This pub was originally built in the 1860’s, the current building dates from the 1930s. This pub has had a few name changes over the years. In 1990 it was renamed The Westport Inn, then The Bluebell for a brief time before the current owners reinstated The Gipsy Queen in 2015.

This is a good size pub that has an “L” shaped bar which wraps around a traditional servery. The decor in the main has a contemporary/traditional feel with exposed brick walls, beautiful fireplaces and a couple of mustard coloured banquettes. Heading towards the back of the pub is an open kitchen with colourful furniture. At the rear of the pub is a Cuban themed beer garden with cosy covered booths. The pub also has a function room upstairs that holds sixty people.

The beer selection is excellent and offers a variety of Pale Ales, IPAs, Lagers, Ciders from diverse array of breweries. I decided on a Pillars Helles, my pint hit the spot, price point was average. The Kitchen rotates its residencies through the year and offer a variety of cuisines including Mexican, Japanese, and Turkish. When we visited there were Burgers on offer, we thought we’d try them out, our burgers were amazing, really juicy, £13.50 a pop.

We arrived around 6pm on a sunny Saturday in May. The pub was fairly busy with a nice mix of clientele. The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming which made it easy to settle in. We decided to plot up in the beer garden and got chatting to a couple of friendly locals about pubs in the area. The service was top notch, we were well looked after.

The pub hosts live music on a Friday, quiz nights on Sunday and shows live Premier League and Champions League Football.

The @gipsyqueennw5 is a superb boozer, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beer and food were excellent and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was relaxed and the service and hospitality first class. I would 100% recommend a visit.

Connor is the best in the business! If you have the honour of him to pour you a pint you will be blessing your lucky stars. This lad knows his stuff. He knows all the beers. All the flavours. All the history. He is also a cocktail whizz! Name any cocktail he's got you sorted, even if it ain't on the menu. The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster? he's got you covered.

The pub is a lovely place and has a great atmosphere. (well I've only been there when Connor has been working there so that says something (i've been in there a hell of a lot and he is always there. Give the man a break)) Amazing beer garden, great vibes super chill, has giant connect four what more do ya need.

Top notch food. Changes kitchen like every now and again, for a different cuisine that smacks. Make sure you ask Connor to pair a beer with your meal because the young man knows what he's chatting, you will not be disappointed with this geezer.

Absolute a top lad and a great pub I cannot wait to try a new beer that Connor recommends because he has the passion and I can taste that passion every time. The pub will have a hand full of new beers like almost every third moon.

This man runs the shop. Can't give him enough credit! Definitely worth every penny this kid, so best give the top...

Was tempted to visit The Gipsy Queen in Kentish Town - not far from Hampstead Heath, Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Camden Town - by a recent review in a local newspaper that highlighted the quality and authenticity of the food. Currently, ‘Mexican street food kings’ Luardos offer some very tasty, seemingly authentic, burritos, tacos and quesadillas, along with a selection of good looking sides. The food lived up to the review, full of flavour without being overly hot and spicy, which can be a clichĂ© of so called ‘Mexican’ food, at least in the UK. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, who was helpful without being pushy, recommending items on the menu and the wide range of drinks available. The pub looks great, is airy, full of flowers and when we visited, a lovely dog. A TV, showing sport, isn’t a great distraction for non-sport fans, while the musical selections were spot on. There is also a good sized garden out the back, that will be great when the weather warms up. This pub trip was a bit of a treat, after recuperating, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again, ideally on an evening as The Gipsy Queen also serves up live music and other events. In short, great food, drink and a relaxed friendly ambiance, highly recommended.

Wow! What an amazing place. Looks like an ordinary pub. However, they got a beautiful beer garden, and see extremely great food with inspiration from Japan. I had the pork okonomiyaki with two pale ales. Probably the best meal in London so far. The price is really good considering the quality and size of the food. Update: This place also rotate the kitchen. During my time in London they've also had a gang serving ribs (amazingly good), Turkish street food (pretty average), and now they have smash burgers (really amazing). Love this concept, and if you like burgers like me you should head there now! I'll be back soon again! They were fully booked on this Saturday from 3pm and onward, but during lunch you can find a table without a problem! Side note: great music!
